Infatti, l’impossibilità di regolare l’efflusso della vernice con la dovuta sensibilità impedisce di produrre tutti gli effetti voluti, con particolare riferimento allo spessore dei segni prodotti e alle sfumature di colore. L’altezza delle ali (31) è tale che, quando il dispositivo è applicato alla bomboletta (1), i relativi fori (32) risultano ad una quota maggiore della valvola (2). La conformazione a “C” della base (30) permette di agganciarla agevolmente ad un bordo anulare (10) presentato da tutte le bombolette standard al di sotto della valvola (2): si accosta la base (30) al bordo (10) della bomboletta, spingendo in maniera da forzare i due bracci della “C” a divaricarsi e insediarsi tra il bordo anulare (10) e la parete superiore (11) della bomboletta. L’elasticità propria dei due bracci della “C” determina, conseguentemente, l’aggancio dell’elemento (3) al detto bordo (10) della bomboletta (1). Per sganciare l’elemento (3), si esercita su questo una forza in direzione contraria a quella di aggancio. Nel disegno di Fig.4 la freccia “A” indica la direzione di aggancio, mentre la freccia “S” indica la direzione di sgancio. In altri termini, intervenendo sulla leva (4) che insiste sulla valvola (2), anziché intervenire direttamente su quest’ultima, si riesce a controllare più agevolmente e più efficacemente l’efflusso delle sostanze contenute nella bomboletta (1). In tal modo, agendo sulla leva (51) con un dito della stessa mano che impugna l'asta (5), si comanda il dispositivo (3) ed è possibile utilizzare la bomboletta (1) per raggiungere punti non raggiungibili in altro modo. In pratica i particolari di esecuzione possono comunque variare in maniera equivalente per ciò che attiene alla forma, alle dimensioni e alla disposizione dei singoli elementi descritti e illustrati, nonché alla natura dei materiali indicati, senza per questo uscire dall'ambito del concetto innovativo adottato e perciò restando nei limiti della tutela accordata dal presente brevetto.
