Description

Process for making book paper perfume.

Campo tecnico dell'invenzione Technical field of the invention

The present invention concerns a process for the production of book perfume to make a book its essence, its perfume.

Stato dell?arte State of the art

The preparation of hydrolates that is? of preparations obtained by passing a current of water vapor through the plant drugs from which the volatile active principles are to be extracted and by subsequently condensing said active principles; a process known since 1800. An example of preparing a hydrosol with an extraction device? described in CN10870925-A.

The preparation of book paper perfumes does not? never been carried out. Each book gives off its scent and the spread of electronic books could take away from readers the pleasure of smelling the scent of the book you are reading. The scent of book paper manages to restore the pleasure of feeling this sensation while reading an e-book, which would otherwise be lost by the reader.

Sommario dell'invenzione Summary of the invention

The present invention uses a distillation process to prepare the book paper perfume.

From the book its essence is extracted which becomes perfume and characterizes its smell.

Descrizione di un modo di realizzare l'invenzione Description of a way of carrying out the invention

A way of carrying out the invention is described below, which is given as a non-limiting one. For example, the use of sheets or pages of a book can? be with whole pages or with pieces of pages or with pages finely chopped or with pages reduced in any way.

A book or a part of it, such as sheets and pages, has its own scent and the present invention aims to collect the scent of the book through the process developed in the present invention.

Il processo per produzione di profumo di carta di libro ? eseguito operando le seguenti fasi: The process for book paper perfume production? performed by operating the following steps:

a) Si spezzettano pi? fogli di un libro; a) Do they break up more? sheets of a book;

b) si macera la carta per 15/20 giorni immergendola in alcool a 96?; b) the paper is macerated for 15/20 days by immersing it in alcohol at 96 ?;

c) si spreme la carta sottoposta a macerazione; c) the macerated paper is squeezed;

d) si filtra il macerato; d) the macerate is filtered;

e) si distilla il macerato filtrato, in alambicco di vetro, scartandone la prima parte, ossia la cosiddetta ?testa? per raccoglierne invece la seconda parte, ossia il ?cuore? del distillato, in un primo recipiente; e) the filtered macerate is distilled in a glass alembic, discarding the first part, that is the so-called? head? to collect instead the second part, that is the? heart? of the distillate, in a first container;

f) dopo aver fatto evaporare il 90% del macerato filtrato, si interrompe la distillazione, cosi da raccogliere i pochi ml di macerato filtrato restanti sul fondo del distillatore, separatamente, in un secondo recipiente; f) after having evaporated 90% of the filtered macerate, the distillation is interrupted, so as to collect the few ml of filtered macerate remaining on the bottom of the still, separately, in a second container;

g) si filtrano i pochi ml di macerato raccolti dal fondo del distillatore; g) the few ml of macerate collected from the bottom of the still are filtered;

h) si copre il primo recipiente contenente il cuore del distillato, con un panno di cotone, o in alternativa con del cotone, per qualche giorno, affinch? l?odore del distillato a contatto con l?ossigeno, si stemperi e migliori; h) cover the first container containing the heart of the distillate, with a cotton cloth, or alternatively with cotton, for a few days, so that? the smell of the distillate in contact with the oxygen, dissolves and improves;

i) si filtra il cuore del distillato; i) the heart of the distillate is filtered;

j) infine si unisce il cuore del distillato filtrato (incolore e fortemente alcolico), con la seconda parte di macerato filtrato raccolto separatamente (fortemente colorato, poco alcolico e di consistenza oleosa). j) finally, the heart of the filtered distillate (colorless and strongly alcoholic) is joined, with the second part of filtered macerate collected separately (strongly colored, low alcohol and oily consistency).

The result of the process carried out with the present invention? a unique perfume for each type of book.

The found, well understood, is not limited to the description represented but can? receive improvements and modifications from the man of the trade without leaving the patent framework.

The present invention allows numerous advantages and to overcome difficulties? that could not be won with the systems currently on the market.
