CLAIMS 1) Container (1) for specific waste for clearing floors (2) comprising: - a hollow body (3), suitable for housing an interchangeable waste bag, substantially parallelepiped in shape and provided with an upper mouth (4) suitable for the entry of waste; - a cover (5) rotatably associated with said body (3); - pedal means (6) of the lever type adapted to cause the opening of said container (1), characterized in that said lid (5) comprises: - an edge frame (7); - two wings (8, 9) rotatably associated with said edge frame (7) by means of hinge means having a horizontal axis; - kinematic means for the actuation of said wings (8, 9) by an operator, by means of said pedal means (6), where said wings (8, 9) are able to cooperate with each other to reversibly close said mouth (4).

2) Container (1) for waste according to claim 1, characterized in that said hinge means comprise two hinges (10, 11), each associated with one of said wings (8, 9).

3) Container (1) for waste according to claim 2, characterized in that said hinges (10, 11) are placed under the plane containing said mouth (4).

4) Container (1) for waste according to claim 1, characterized in that said lid (5) is rotatably associated with said body (3) by means of a further hinge (12) with horizontal axis, arranged between said body ( 3) and said edge frame (7).

5) Container (1) for waste according to claim 1, characterized in that said lid (5) comprises a grip handle (13) for its manual opening.

6) Container (1) for waste according to claim 1, characterized in that said kinematic means for operating said wings (8, 9) comprise: - a plate (14) slidingly associated with said edge frame (7), movable between a first position and a second position placed at different heights; - inextensible thread-like means (15) connected between said container (1) and said plate (14) so as to exert a traction force on said plate (14) due to the actuation of said pedal means (6); - a pair of helical springs (16, 17) arranged between said edge frame (7) and said plate (14), capable of exerting a return force on said plate (14) in contrast with the traction force exerted on it from said filiform means (15); - a pair of pins (18, 19) stably associated with each wing (8, 9) and each able to freely engage a straight slot (20, 21) provided on said plate (14), where the displacement of said plate (14) between said first position and said second position causes the dragging of said pins (18, 19) and the consequent rotation of said wings (8, 9) around said hinges (10, 11).

7) Container (1) for waste according to claim 6, characterized in that said edge frame (7) comprises two curvilinear slots (22, 23) adapted to be engaged by said pins (18, 19) so as to limit the displacement of said plate (14) between its first and second position.

8) Container (1) for waste according to claim 6, characterized in that said kinematic means further comprise: - a first pulley (24) associated with said pedal means (6); - a second pulley (25) associated with said edge frame (7); where the axis of said first pulley (24) is mobile and said pulleys (24, 25) together with said thread-like means (15) make up a pulley system of the hoist type suitable for causing the displacement of said plate (14 ).

9) Container (1) for waste according to claim 1, characterized in that said hollow body (3) comprises a removable front panel (26).

10) Container (1) for waste according to claim 1, characterized in that said hollow body (3) comprises a base frame (27) provided with feet (28) for its support on the ground and with wheels (29) for its handling.
