La presente invenzione si riferisce ad una rete pieghevole per divaniletto a tre elementi tra loro snodati che si dispiega guidata e sostenuta da una coppia di cursori e di perni. Piu’ in particolare la presente invenzione riguarda una rete pieghevole per divani-letto a tre elementi tra loro snodati che si dispiega guidata e sostenuta da una coppia di cursori e di perni caratterizzata dal fatto che il dispiegamento della rete a tre elementi tra loro snodati avviene ruotando l’elemento superiore fino al proprio finecorsa che lo allinea all’elemento centrale, il quale, ruotando sulla coppia di perni solidale al castelletto di supporto, permette il dispiegamento dell’elemento inferiore guidato e sostenuto dalla coppia di cursori solidali a quest’ultimo, fino all’allineamento con l’elemento centrale stesso che si posiziona orizzontalmente allorchà ̈ il piede, solidale all’elemento superiore, appoggia a terra, ottenendo così il completo dispiegamento della rete sostenuta dal piede, dalla coppia di perni, solidale al castelletto, dalla coppia di cursori poggianti nella propria sede e dal castelletto su cui si appoggia il lato posteriore dell’elemento inferiore e bilanciata nella movimentazione dal proprio peso. Detta rete à ̈ costituita da un telaio superiore cui, posteriormente, à ̈ solidale un piede e un ferma materasso con funzione di sostegno alla seduta del divano, snodato all’altro capo ad un telaio centrale che à ̈ imperniato in una posizione intermedia a un castelletto di supporto e che, all’altro capo, à ̈ incernierato a un telaio inferiore cui à ̈ solidale, in una posizione a circa un quarto della lunghezza dello stesso, una coppia di cursori alloggiati in una sede, solidale al castelletto, opportunamente sagomata per guidare durante il moto il telaio inferiore ed infine sostenerlo congiuntamente al castelletto su cui appoggia il lato posteriore del telaio stesso. Per dispiegare la rete ed ottenere un piano letto basterà impugnare il piede direttamente o tramite una vantaggiosa cinghia, tirandolo, cosicché il telaio superiore ruoti rispetto al telaio centrale fino al fine-corsa presente negli snodi che lo allineano pressochà ̈ verticale al telaio intermedio. Continuando la trazione del telaio superiore esso ruoterà congiuntamente al telaio intermedio sul perno cui à ̈ snodato il telaio intermedio stesso cosicché, essendo quest’ultimo incernierato al telaio inferiore, detto telaio viene spinto a muoversi guidato dalla coppia di cursori ad esso solidali alloggiati nelle proprie sedi che sono opportunamente sagomate per permettere al telaio stesso di sollevarsi inclinato e così superare l’ingombro del castelletto per poi continuare a sollevarsi inclinato equilibrando il peso del telaio superiore fino al proprio riposizionamento orizzontale. Riposizionamento orizzontale in cui il telaio inferiore à ̈ sostenuto posteriormente dall’appoggio sul castelletto ed anteriormente dall’appoggio dei cursori ad esso solidali nelle sedi sagomate, il che avviene contestualmente all’allineamento con l’elemento centrale che si à ̈ posizionato orizzontalmente, così come l’elemento superiore, essendo giunto ad appoggiare a terra il piede solidale all’elemento superiore stesso. Per ripiegare la rete basterà eseguire le operazioni a ritroso cosicché il ferma materasso solidale al telaio superiore torni ad appoggiare sul castelletto ed il telaio inferiore torni ad appoggiarsi al relativo elemento di sostegno solidale al castelletto. Il tutto attraverso movimenti facili, semplici e sicuri, agevolmente, essendo adeguatamente bilanciati i pesi. La presente invenzione, sfruttabile principalmente nel campo dell’arredamento, va a soddisfare la costante esigenza di ottimizzare gli spazi e di poter avere reti inserite in divani o poltrone che, alla bisogna, offrono un letto, sempre più semplici. Per avere la trasformazione di un divano in letto si sono avute, nel corso del tempo, essenzialmente due tipologie di rete, una con materasso esterno alla rete piegata, l’altra con materasso interno alla rete piegata; in quest’ultimo ambito, nel quale rientra la presente invenzione, i cinematismi per il dispiegamento della rete noti sono tutti composti da innumerevoli parti tra loro variamente collegate. Questa tipologia di rete per divani-letto presenta, quindi, sempre qualche inconveniente. Ulteriore inconveniente delle invenzioni note e' che la complessità di cui sopra porta inevitabilmente alla realizzazione di reti con complesse cinematiche spesso disagevoli e poco sicure nella movimentazione. Scopo della presente invenzione à ̈ quella di superare gli inconvenienti della tecnica nota, nell’ambito delle reti con materasso interno alla rete piegata, offrendo una rete pieghevole per divani-letto a tre elementi tra loro snodati che si dispiega guidata e sostenuta da una coppia di cursori e di perni. Più in particolare, scopo della presente invenzione e' quello di realizzare una rete per divani letto con un cinematismo composto da pochi elementi uniti tra loro con semplici collegamenti. Ulteriore scopo della presente invenzione à ̈ quello di realizzare una rete con una cinematica semplice e quindi agevole e sicura nella movimentazione. Questi ed altri scopi, nonchà ̈ ulteriori caratteristiche della rete pieghevole per divani-letto a tre elementi tra loro snodati che si dispiega guidata e sostenuta da una coppia di cursori e di perni, oggetto della presente invenzione, verranno meglio evidenziate nel corso della descrizione che segue di una sua forma di esecuzione preferita e non limitativa, fatta con riferimento alle allegate tavole di disegno in cui si rappresentano schematicamente. To unfold the slatted base and obtain a sleeping surface, it will be sufficient to grip the foot directly or by means of an advantageous strap, pulling it, so that the upper frame rotates with respect to the central frame up to the limit stop present in the joints that align it almost vertically to the intermediate frame. To fold the bed base it will be sufficient to carry out the operations in reverse so that the mattress stop integral with the upper frame rests on the frame and the lower frame rests on the relative support element integral with the frame. The present invention, which can be exploited mainly in the field of furniture, satisfies the constant need to optimize space and to be able to have networks inserted in sofas or armchairs which, when needed, offer a bed, which is ever simpler. In order to have the transformation of a sofa into a bed, over time there were essentially two types of bed base, one with a mattress outside the folded base, the other with a mattress inside the folded base; in the latter context, which includes the present invention, the known kinematics for the deployment of the network are all composed of innumerable parts connected to each other in various ways. This type of bed base for sofa beds therefore always has some drawbacks. A further drawback of the known inventions is that the above complexity inevitably leads to the creation of networks with complex kinematics that are often uncomfortable and unsafe in handling. The purpose of the present invention is to overcome the drawbacks of the known art, in the field of bed bases with mattress inside the folded bed base, by offering a folding bed base with three jointed elements which unfolds guided and supported by a pair of sliders and pins. More in particular, the object of the present invention is that of realizing a bed base for sofa beds with a kinematics composed of a few elements joined together with simple connections. A further object of the present invention is that of realizing a net with a simple kinematics and therefore easy and safe in handling. These and other purposes, as well as further characteristics of the folding bed base for sofa beds with three jointed elements which unfolds guided and supported by a pair of sliders and pins, object of the present invention, will be better highlighted in the course of the description that follows of a preferred and non-limiting embodiment thereof, made with reference to the attached drawing tables in which they are schematically represented.

Per dispiegare la rete, composta dai telai 1,7,13, tra loro incernierati, ed ottenere un piano letto basterà impugnare il piede (2) direttamente o tramite una vantaggiosa cinghia, tirandolo, cosicché il telaio superiore (1) ruoti rispetto al telaio centrale (7) fino al fine corsa presente negli snodi (5-6) che lo allineano pressochà ̈ verticale al telaio intermedio (7). Continuando la trazione del telaio superiore (1) esso ruoterà congiuntamente al telaio intermedio (7) sulla coppia di perni (8-9) cui à ̈ snodato il telaio intermedio stesso (7) cosicché, essendo quest’ultimo (7) incernierato al telaio inferiore (13), detto telaio (13) viene spinto a muoversi guidato dalla coppia di cursori (14-15) ad esso solidali alloggiati nelle proprie sedi (16-17) che sono opportunamente sagomate per permettere al telaio stesso (13) di sollevarsi inclinato e così superare l’ingombro del castelletto (10) per poi continuare a sollevarsi inclinato equilibrando il peso del telaio superiore (1) fino al proprio riposizionamento orizzontale. Riposizionamento orizzontale in cui il telaio inferiore (13) à ̈ sostenuto posteriormente dall’appoggio sul castelletto (10) ed anteriormente dall’appoggio dei cursori (14-15) ad esso solidali nelle sedi sagomate (16-17), il che avviene contestualmente all’allineamento con l’elemento centrale (7) che si à ̈ posizionato orizzontalmente, così come l’elemento superiore (1), essendo giunto ad appoggiare a terra il piede (2) solidale all’elemento superiore stesso (1). Per ripiegare la rete basterà eseguire le operazioni a ritroso cosicché il ferma materasso (3) solidale al telaio superiore (1) torni ad appoggiare sul castelletto (10) ed il telaio inferiore (13) torni ad appoggiarsi alla relativa coppia di elementi di sostegno (18-19) solidale al castelletto (10). Il tutto attraverso movimenti facili, semplici, sicuri ed agevoli, essendo adeguatamente bilanciati i pesi. L'invenzione, così come sopra descritta, à ̈ stata proposta a puro titolo esemplificativo, intendendosi che essa potrà essere suscettibile di numerose modifiche o varianti, tutte, peraltro, rientranti nell'ambito della presente invenzione; inoltre tutti i dettagli potranno essere sostituiti da altri elementi tecnicamente equivalenti.
