These push-pull caps with candy allow the maintenance of a high level of hygiene during their packaging, transport and storage, as well as when the user wants to drink the drink several times and, between one sip and the next, puts away the bottle, equipped with such a cap which can be closed by a removable lid, for example in a bag, where the push-pull cap ensures that the drink and the candy remain separate from each other.

Known push-pull caps are substantially formed by a cap body that can be fixed to the bottle and has a cylindrical protrusion on its upper or top face on which a similarly cylindrical slider can slide axially, which can be positioned between a retracted position, in which it is prevented. an outflow of the drink, and an extracted position, in which the drink can come out and lick the candy, supported on a profiled peg. The upper part of the slider is rounded to accommodate the user's lips.

However, since the cursor supports the candy with an interposed peg and requires a certain stroke for correct operation, this entails a significant extension in height of the cap and candy unit, with a consequent considerable overall dimensions, for which the caps push pulls with candy are much bulkier than push pull caps without candy.

The use of a hinged lid would also increase hygiene during the use of push pull caps with candy, as it would isolate the candy, moist and sticky, from the external environment between one use and another. by the user.

A miniutarization in height of a push-pull cap for candies would also lead to a lower consumption of material, which, given the high number of caps generally used, would allow a significant reduction in the necessary synthetic material.

Summary of the invention

The aim of the present invention is therefore to indicate a push-pull cap with candy of limited bulk and also allowing its closure by means of a flip-top, or hinged lid.

This task is solved, according to the invention, with push pull caps for sweets having the characteristics of claim 1.

With the push-pull caps for candies according to the invention, several and important advantages are achieved.

In the first place, the axial miniaturization obtained of the push pull caps with candy according to the invention requires a lower consumption of material. A further advantage is that the miniature caps according to the invention can be integrated with a hinged lid.

The miniaturization is obtained while maintaining the reliability of operation of traditional push pull caps, that is with an extraction and lowering stroke ensuring the safe release of the drink until it touches the candy, or rather to be drunk, and the stop of said release. of the drink when the cursor is lowered, which can be made manually in a convenient way.

Another advantage must be seen in the fact that the lowering of the extracted slider can be performed manually, and this with both removable and hinged lids, by closing the lids themselves, where this characteristic is obtained with a constructive device of the caps, without request additional components.

Another advantage is to be seen in the fact that the modifications made to the push pull caps according to the invention do not require any intervention in the phase of application of the caps on the bottle, can or â € œcartonâ € during and after bottling.

A further advantage is that various characteristics indicated with the teaching of the invention can also be used in different executions of known push-pull caps.

Another advantage of the push-pull caps proposed consists in the fact that an anti-burglary tongue protruding upwards is obtained on the body of the cap, which can be easily torn even by children and young people, where said tongue can also be obtained in a simple way. in its production mold.

A further advantage is to be seen in the fact of providing candy-holder pegs with a longitudinal through hole, which, in conjunction with a candy which is also axially perforated, allows greater dispensing of the drink by means of a suction action exerted on the candy. The teaching of the invention also includes a suggestion of easy application of the candy to the candy holder pegs with mold modules that are easy to make and handle, where the mold can include a plurality of such modules as desired, where the introduction of the mass sugar in the bowls can take place with known feeders in the food industry, for example feeding gravy in the production of lasagna.

Description of the preferred embodiments

Reference is first made to the embodiment illustrated in an exploded view and on an enlarged scale in Figure 1 in a median vertical cross section. As can be seen from Figure 1, the cap proposed by the present invention is substantially a push-pull cap 1 comprising a lower part or body 2 of the cap and a slider part 3 having, in the example illustrated, a peg 4 with protruding end 6 profiled for a reliable anchoring of a candy 7 of any shape.

More in detail, the body 2 of the cap has a cylindrical shape which can be firmly associated with the neck 8 of a bottle, can or the like 9, Figure 4, for example by thread engagement through the ribs 10, or which can be snapped on or in another suitable way. where 11 indicates a known lower security ring, or anti-burglary, connected to the body 2 of the cap by means of a plurality of tear-off or tear-off bridges.

The cylindrical body 2 of the cap has an upper ceiling wall 12 which, in known push pull caps, has a flat lower side 13, from which a cylindrical protuberance 14 protrudes upwards, closed at the top in turn by a sky wall 15 with a central opening 16, preferably circular and flared upwards.

The slider 3 also has a substantially cylindrical conformation with an upper ceiling wall 17 centrally presenting the aforementioned pin 4, in the illustrated embodiment, as well as one or more circumferential openings 18 for the passage of the drink, as illustrated below. From figure 1 it is also evident that the upper part 19 of the slider 3 is rounded towards the outside, in order to accommodate the user's lips in an ergonomic way and also to facilitate movement and displacement in opening towards the € ™ top of the cursor 3.

Both the body 2 of the cap 1 and the slider 3 have, as illustrated, known means in the form of annular projections and recesses allowing positioning of the slider 3 sliding on the protuberance or sliding cylinder 14 in a lowered position, i.e. retracted, Figure 2, and in the raised position, or extracted, figure 3, where in the lowered position the base part 20 protruding downwards of the pin 4 engages tightly in the opening 16 of the sliding cylinder 14 and prevents the outflow of the drink, while in the position extracted from the slider 3, figure 3, said protruding base 20 of the slider 3 separates from the said through opening 16 and allows the outflow of the drink which, through the openings 18, can come out and be drunk, at the same time lapping the outer surface of the candy 7.

According to the teaching of the invention, now, in order to keep the axial projection of the slider 3 low with the candy 7 in the lowered position, an annular seat is provided in the body 2 of the cap, and more precisely in its ceiling wall 12 21 housing the slider 3, which extends downwards up to and beyond the lower side of the top 13 of the body 2 which, during the assembly of the bottle or the like 9, comes into abutment with the upper edge 22 of the neck of the bottle, thus creating a projection 13A, protruding downwards from said side of the sky 13, and which projection 13A now penetrates into the neck 8 of the bottle 9, as can be seen from figure 4.

With this expedient it is possible to significantly reduce the protrusion of the top of the candy 7 with cap 1 in the closed position, figures 2, 4, 5, which now allows a lid 23 to be obtained in the cap body 2, connected in one piece. with hinge bridge 24, which can be freely oscillated between an open position, figure 2, and a closed position, figure 4, therefore also referred to as a â € œflip-top coverâ €.

According to the invention, as can be clearly seen from Figure 1, inside the flip-top lid 23 there is an oblique conformation, like a wedge 26, made in such a way that when the flip-top lid is closed 23 the oblique plane 26 will pass over the candy 7 without touching it and will then engage with the upper outer edge 27 of the slider 3 pushing the latter downwards in the closed position, which will be reached when the hinged lid 23 closes completely on the body 2 of the cap, where the lower part of the slider 3 will fully penetrate the annular housing seat 21.

The invention further intervenes here, according to which the cover 23 is used to obtain a security or anti-burglary closure that facilitates easy insertion of a user's finger from the top and subsequent removal of said closure even in the case of children and teenagers.

For this purpose, according to a further teaching of the invention, on the body 2 of the cap, in a position diametrically opposite to the end 29 of the flip-top lid distant from the hinge 24, a protruding tongue 31 is obtained in one piece, in the Illustrated example, vertically upwards and presenting its free end 32 folded outwards while its lower part is joined to the body 2 of the cap with a weakening line or, as illustrated, by a plurality of tear-off bridges 33, figures 6, 10, 11, so as to obtain a detachment tear following a tearing action exerted on the tongue 31.
