DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a folding frame by means of gas springs with a device for installation without the aid of tools and with a self-locking retractable support. More specifically, the present invention relates to a folding frame by means of gas springs with a device for installation without the aid of tools and with a self-locking retractable support which, due to its shape, allows the creation of folding closing elements for niches on which it is possible anchoring even heavy objects and therefore requiring support feet, once exposed, without anything being visible on the facade and with the possibility of mounting both the closing element and the necessary gas springs without the aid of tools and with retractable feet that self-lock once exposed. The above invention deals with the vast field of tilting objects in a new and original way where, over the years, more solutions have been offered without however reaching the one offered by the invention in which there is a frame with a panel, which can be mounted without the Use of tools or instruments, through a fast and safe operation also due to the presence of an asymmetrical fork attachment for gas springs, already the subject of a previous patent application by the same inventor, with integrated the necessary self-locking retractable supports , without anything being visible, all to the advantage of aesthetics. Over time, multiple solutions have been proposed that solve the problem or to make machinery components or filters easily inspectable for maintenance, or to make larger or smaller objects appear, as needed, but none have solved in such a way. The problem is adequate and, at the same time, simple and economically interesting, as the invention did. The folding frames with or without covering panels can always be assembled only with tools and not without difficulty, particularly due to the presence of gas springs which, to date, cannot be mounted except from the inside of the compartment that the frame closes. A further drawback of known inventions is that even the supports that are used are not always synchronized, or self-locking or not very invasive. The object of the present invention is to obviate these and other drawbacks by making a folding frame by means of gas springs with a device for installation without the aid of tools and with a self-locking retractable support. More particularly, the object of the present invention is to provide a frame which can always be mounted without tools and without difficulty, even in the presence of gas springs which, in the invention, can be mounted with the compartment open. A further object of the present invention is that of realizing a frame which makes it easy to inspect machine components, or filters, for maintenance, or to make more or less large objects appear when necessary. A further object of the present invention is that of realizing a frame which is supported by synchronized, self-locking and totally retractable supports. These and other purposes, as well as further characteristics of the folding frame by means of gas springs with a device for setting up without the aid of tools and with self-locking retractable support, of the present invention, will be better highlighted in the course of the following description of a its preferred and non-limiting embodiment, made with reference to the attached drawing tables in which the following are schematically represented:

33, 34: sectional views of the foot with part of the facade applied With reference to the aforementioned figures, the folding frame by means of gas springs with installation device without the aid of tools and with self-locking retractable support, according to the invention , basically has: a frame (1) with a laterally protruding curtain wall (2), a rotation pin (3) with relative L-shaped casing (4), a coupling pin (5) for the gas spring (6 ), a seat (7) for a retractable foot (8) and relative elements that make it self-locking, as well as a plate (9), to be anchored to the niche (10) in which to insert the tilting frame (1), on which There is another spool coupling pin (11) for said gas spring (6), as well as a U-shaped support (12) for the rotation pin (3), suitably sized. To assemble the frame (1) in the niche (10) it will be sufficient to insert it into the same with the protruding lip of the facade (2) raised up to contact the U-shaped support (12), then push it up to the contrast between the U-shaped support ( 12) and the casing of the rotation pin (4) suitably positioned and finally release it, so that the rotation pin (3) automatically lodges in the U-shaped support (12). To mount the gas spring (6), using an asymmetrical fork attachment (13) for its upper attachment (subject of a previous patent application by the same inventor) and a usual fork attachment (14) on the another end for the lower attachment, simply insert the fork attachment (14) on the coupling pin (5) integral with the frame (1), then rotate the gas spring (6) until it rests on the pin upper spool (11) present on the fixed plate (9), then raise the frame (1) up to overcome its verticality so that the gas spring (6), by gravity, slides on the upper spool pin (11) until once the pin itself (11) has passed the space occupied by the smaller lip of the asymmetrical fork attachment (13), it will contrast with the larger lip of the same (13). Finally, it will be sufficient to pull the frame (1) so that at first the attachment (13), sliding on the pin (11), contrasts with it (11) and then makes the gas spring work (6) thus allowing horizontal repositioning of the frame (1), governed in motion by the gas spring (6). Then inserting a pressure peg (15) into the hole (16) provided on the side of the niche (10) which, when closing, restrains the frame (1) vertically, prevents the asymmetrical fork attachment (13) from being disarmed from the pin upper spool coupling (11). All without the use of any tool. The folding frame (1), being able to support objects (17) with a volume almost equal to that of the niche (10) in which it is inserted (such as, for example, components of machinery to be inspected, filters for maintenance, mattresses, etc.) which therefore require support once exposed, also has a suitably shaped foot (8), integral with a rotation shaft (18) which, once inserted in the foot-holder box (7) integral with the frame (1 ) (with a suitable anti-wear bush interposed (19)), comes out inside the frame itself (1) and there it is made integral with a reference block (20) and with the synchronization tube of the feet (21) by means of passing screws (22). The block (20) is held in position, on one side, by the contrast between it (20) and a check plate (23) integral with the frame (1) with adjustment dowel (24), on the other side by a shaped latch (25) hinged to the frame (1) which arms and disarms by gravity when the frame (1) rotates by pulling the foot (8) with it. The foot (8) also has a grain (26), a hollow (27) and a protuberance (28): the first (26) is matched by an arched slot (29) present on the foot-holder box (7), the second (27) meets with a stop pin (30) integral with the box itself (7), the third (28) acts as a thrust point to move the foot (8). Starting from a position in which the frame (1) is vertical as well as the foot (8), the latter (8) cannot rotate backwards due to the action of the peg (30) inserted at the end race in the quarry (27) while the saltarello (25) is reclined backwards and disarmed by gravity. By pressing on the protuberance (28) of the foot (8), it will rotate forward from top to bottom freely, until it stops at an angle due to the action of the grain (26) inserted in the slot (29), thus making itself visible and making it possible to fully extract it by pulling it downwards (braked by the friction between the grain (26) and the wall of the foot-holder box (7)) until the contrast between the stop pin (30) and the lower foot itself (8). Grasping the foot and pulling it, the whole frame (1) will rotate freely until the moment in which the spool pin (11) integral with the side causes the gas spring (6) to work, and there it will be inclined again. It will be enough to pull the frame (1) downwards until the support of the foot (8) is automatically blocked because, due to gravity, during the rotation of the frame (1), the latch (25) pivoted to it rotates forward going against the prismatic reference block (20) integral with the foot (8), block which, on the other side, contrasts against the reference plate (23) integral with the frame (1), while the foot (8) contrasts against the peg (30) integral with the foot-holder box (7. By closing the frame (1), the latch (25) will rotate backwards, again by gravity, releasing the prismatic block (20), thus allowing the vertical re-housing of the foot (8) itself which, disappearing into the gap between the facade (2) and the side of the niche (10), will hide from view. The frame (1) can also be used without the self-locking retractable support (8 ) where it is superfluous such as, for example, (see figs. 20 to 32) if used for niches ie ceiling. The differently shaped support (8) (31) (see figs. 33-34) can also be applied directly to the frame (1), without the foot-holder box (7), as the presence in the shape of a large hollow (32) allows a part of the facade (33) to be applied to the foot (31) without causing contrasts between the facade elements and the foot when opening. The invention, as described above, has been proposed purely by way of example and may be susceptible of numerous modifications or variations, all of which, however, fall within the scope of the present invention. By making slight or more sophisticated adjustments and expedients, the invention may have different applications, in different fields and for other purposes.
