OBIETTIVO CHE L’INNNOVAZIONE INTENDE RAGGIUNGERE Il presente progetto intende diffondere e agevolare la conservazione sotto vuoto dei prodotti alimentari e similari, anche di breve conservazione, per facilitare il lavoro delle massaie, per ridurre gli sprechi di energia (evitando di refrigerare l’aria che entra nei frigoriferi e congelatori quando si aprono) e soprattutto per prolungare i tempi di conservazione degli alimenti, evitando sprechi e facendo risparmiare le famiglie che ne hanno tanto bisogno. Questo con l’utilizzo della tecnica già esistente che prevede l’aspirazione dell’aria dai sacchetti muniti di valvole, che può trovare facile applicazione e utilità nei frigoriferi e congelatori, per aumentare la durata di conservazione degli alimenti in modo pratico (senza doverli predisporre in singoli sacchetti) e rapido in quanto non servirà suddividere gli alimenti da conservare sottovuoto, e poco costoso, anche per la multi funzionalità del sistema di aspirazione deH’aria.
