Abstract

A portlight is provided with a friction hinge (4) in which a fork-shaped hinge member (14), having a first and a second bosses (21, 22) provided with coaxial holes (23, 24), a knuckle (15) having a first opening (25) facing the hole (23), and a second threaded opening (26) facing the hole (24), a hinge pin (16) having a pin head (27) provided with a centrally threaded bore (29) for a first screw (18) passing through the hole (23), the pin head (27) protruding outside the knuckle (15) from its first opening (25), and a pin rod (28) supported by the knuckle (15) at the second opening (26) thereof, in which a second screw (19) passing through second boss (22) is screwed, and a helical spring (17) surrounding said pin rod (28) and having a first end (30) engaging said pin head (27) and a second end (32) engaging the knuckle (15).

La gamma degli oblò “new generation” di AMARE è composta da otto tipologie, distinte per forma, dimensioni e modalità di fissaggio (esclusivamente per l’oblò rettangolare). The AMARE "new generation" porthole range consists of eight types, distinguished by shape, size and fixing method (exclusively for the rectangular porthole).

Sono disponibili in quattro forme e dimensioni: tondo (4 ), ellittico (1), rettangolare (2) e quadrato (1). They are available in four shapes and sizes: round (4), elliptical (1), rectangular (2) and square (1).

Le soluzioni innovative impiegate nei nostri oblò, che ne comprovano le caratteristiche di unicità rispetto a quelli presenti sul mercato, sono affidate al sistema cerniere, al sistema leve e all’aspetto estetico. The innovative solutions used in our portholes, which prove their uniqueness compared to those on the market, are entrusted to the hinge system, the lever system and the aesthetic aspect.

Inoltre, nonostante le migliorie apportate, i costi restano allineati alla media del mercato, garantendo un notevole vantaggio nel rapporto qualità/prezzo. 1. CERNIERE: l’innovatività del nostro sistema cerniera è affidata ad una molla a torsione, montata all’interno della cerniera stessa, che consente di regolare l’entità di rigidità in fase di apertura e chiusura del coperchio dell’oblò. Inoltre, sono presenti molle a tazza, che, precaricate opportunamente, permettono di frizionare l’apertura dell’oblò. Nell’eventualità di un allentamento delle molle stesse, il nostro sistema cerniera, per effetto della molla a torsione, compenserà la naturale tendenza a chiusura per gravità della parte mobile, evitando danneggiamenti della base (rif. complessivo ed esploso 3D su tipologia oblò tondo - tavole allegate n.1 - 2). 1. 2. LEVE: il nostro innovativo sistema di chiusura degli oblò, contrariamente a quanto attualmente presente sul mercato, agisce direttamente sul fianco della parte superiore dell’oblò. Infatti, le leve ruotano su un asse centrale e sono dotate di un piano inclinato tale da creare, durante la rotazione delle stesse, un carico sufficiente a garantire una perfetta tenuta all’acqua della parte guamizione/coperchio sulla parte inferiore (base) dell’oblò. Inoltre, le leve sono dotate di un sistema di arresto della rotazione 0° - 90° limitata all’operatività delle stesse. Il gruppo leve, inoltre, dispone di una serie di molle a tazza che, opportunamente precaricate, permettono di frizionare il movimento di rotazione delle stesse, evitandone così scuotimenti e saltellamenti (rif. complessivo 3D su tipologia oblò tondo - tavole allegate n. 1 -2). 2. ESTETICA: Anche l’estetica della nostra gamma di oblò si presenta innovativa, poiché coniuga l’essenzialità funzionale e la pulizia formale con un design unico e accattivante, tale da renderli appetibili come pezzi d’argenteria (rif. complessivi 3D delle quattro forme disponibili - tavole allegate 3 - 4 - 5 - 6). 3. RIVENDICAZIONI DELL’INVENZIONE OBLO’ “NEW GENERATION” Attualmente gli oblò presenti sul mercato hanno: - CERNIERE con bloccaggio a cono per attrito. Il bloccaggio delle cerniere si effettua mediante la presenza di due viti a testa conica e richiede un serraggio molto stretto delle stesse per garantire la stabilità della parte superiore dell’oblò (coperchio) in posizione di apertura. Questa soluzione genera, con l’utilizzo, un cedimento delle cerniere, tale da causare una chiusura brusca del coperchio sulla base, con l’inevitabile conseguenza del deterioramento delle parti interessate. LEVE con un sistema di chiusura di bloccaggio posizionate sulla parte superiore del coperchio. Le leve, in fase di chiusura, si sovrappongono alla superficie superiore del coperchio, creandone l’usura per sfregamento. Inoltre, in fase di apertura restano libere alla rotazione innescando fastidiosi tintinnii e tendono ad assumere posizioni scorrette, tali da compromettere la chiusura stessa dell’oblò. - ESTETICA obsoleta nella forma e nell’aspetto. La gamma degli oblò “new generation” di AMARE è composta da otto tipologie, distinte per forma, dimensioni e modalità di fissaggio (esclusivamente per l’oblò rettangolare). Sono disponibili in quattro forme e dimensioni: tondo (4 ), ellittico (1), rettangolare (2) e quadrato (1).
