L'invenzione concerne un gancio (4) scorrevole e bloccabile su un tubo (2), paletto o simile, consistente in una boccola (4a) dotata verso una delle estremità di filettatura conica (4c) mentre dall'altra estremità sporge un gancio (4b). Sono noti ganci supportati in modo spostabile o scorrevole su tubi, barre o pali e fissabili in varie posizioni tramite organi noti di fissaggio che richiedono spesso l'impiego di attrezzi sia per il fissaggio che per l'allentamento, oppure fanno uso di dadi alettati o leve che possono costituire un pericolo per persone che eventualmente urtano contro detti organi sporgenti. Ganci di questo tipo sono noti nel settore nautico ma in generale per la realizzazione di transenne di protezione lungo piste per gare, in particolare gare di sporta invernali.
