Piastra a sezione rettangolare 15x2 mm in alluminio, lunghezza pari a quella del profilo scatolare (A). (B) ? Tappi di testata e chiusura profilo 15x15 mm, sporgenti dal profilo scatolare di 5 mm, in materia plastica. (C) ? Piedini troncoconici, altezza 10 mm, diametri 21-16 mm, foro interno di altezza 7 mm, diametro 8 mm, in materia plastica (D) ? Fermaglio Doubl? Clip No. 30 in acciaio verniciato (E) ? Rivetto 4 mm in alluminio (F) ? Rivetto 3 mm in alluminio (G) Per la realizzazione del fermocarta si praticano un numero di fori opportuni dipendenti dal numero di fermagli (F) desiderati, attraverso la parete superiore del profilo scatolare (A) a 13,5 mm dallo spigolo alto e a una distanza reciproca dipendente dalle dimensioni dei fogli da raccogliere. Allo stesso modo si praticano un numero uguale di fori corrispondenti a quelli del profilo (A) nella piastra a sezione rettangolare (B) alla stessa distanza reciproca e a una distanza pari a 7,5 mm dal lembo superiore della piastra (B). Per potere fissare i fermagli (F) mediante la piastra a sezione rettagolare (B) si usano dei rivetti in alluminio (F). Lo spessore di aria tra il profilo scatolare (A) e la piastra (B) ? causato dallo spessore di uno dei due braccietti del fermaglio (F) bloccato sotto la piastra (B). A questo punto si insericono tre tappi di testata (C) per ogni estremo del profilo scatolare (A). Dopo avere praticato lungo il bordo del lato inferiore del profilo scatolare (A) tre fori opportuni in corrispondenza dell'asse di ogni tappo in materia plastica (C), si fissa un rivetto (G) per ogni foro in modo da bloccare i tappi (C) nella loro posizione. Per potere fissare i piedini troncoconici (D) alla base mediante dei rivetti (G), si realizza per ognuno di loro un foro opportuno nella parete inferiore del profilo scatolare a 20 mm dalle testate e a 12 mm dallo spigolo laterale. At this point, three end caps (C) are inserted for each end of the box profile (A). After having drilled along the edge of the lower side of the box-shaped profile (A) three suitable holes in correspondence with the axis of each plastic cap (C), a rivet (G) is fixed for each hole in order to block the caps ( C) in their position. To be able to fix the truncated cone feet (D) to the base by means of rivets (G), a suitable hole is made for each of them in the lower wall of the box-shaped profile at 20 mm from the heads and at 12 mm from the side edge.
