Costituisce oggetto del presente modello un dispositivo di sicurezza e di regolazione del l’inclinazione di sdraio pieghevoli cosiddette “a dondolo”. Tali sdraio sono generalmente costituite da un sedile ed uno schienale collegati mediante opportuni impemiamenti che ne consentono il ripiegamento per la riduzione dell’ingombro. In posizione aperta tali sdraio risultano sostanzialmente in pezzo unico nel senso che l’angolo compreso tra lo schienale ed il sedile si mantengono costanti indipendentemente dal fatto che la sdraio risulti in posizione di seduta o in posizione orizzontale. Detta conformazione presenta tuttavia l’inconveniente che nel momento in cui l’utente si siede può accadere che il baricentro del corpo provochi il passaggio brusco ed incontrollato dalla posizione seduta a quella sdraiata con evidenti rischi di ribaltamento di tutta la struttura. In detto disegno con 1 è complessivamente indicata una sdraio cosiddetta “a dondolo” di tipo tradizionale presentante uno schienale 2 ed un sedile 3, detti sedile e schienale risultando imperniati in 4 per il loro ripiegamento. La sdraio 1 presenta inoltre una gamba posteriore 5 che si prolunga a costituire i braccioli 6, ed una gamba anteriore 7, dette gambe risultando imperniate in 8 per il loro ripiegamento quando la sdraio risulta chiusa (vds. Fig.3). Sulla gamba posteriore 5 risulta inoltre opportunamente fissato un tirante 9 di rinforzo della struttura. Il tirante 10 presenta una coppia di appendici 12 disposte parallelamente all’asse longitudinale della sdraio, nonché un’altra coppia di appendici 13 di prolungamento del tirante 10 verso l’esterno. Analogamente detta coppia potrà appoggiarsi su altri eventuali riscontri 14 previsti sulla gamba posteriore 5 in modo da poter anche variare l'nclinazione dello schienale 2 e del sedile 3. La coppia di appendici 13 consente inoltre all’utente di allontanare le appendici 12 dal tirante 9 per l’opportuna movimentazione del gruppo sedile- schienale della sdraio. Claims

CLAIMS ( 10) suitably pivoted to the seat frame (2), said tie rod interacting with another tie rod (9) reinforcing said seat frame (2).

2) Safety device referred to in Riv. above, characterized by the fact that said tie rod (10) has two pairs of appendages, respectively (12) and (13), said first pair being placed parallel to the longitudinal axis of the deckchair, while said second pair is an extension of the tie rod (10 ) outwards.

3) Safety device referred to in Riv. above, characterized by the fact that the pair of appendages (12) is intended to engage with the tie rod (9) for the stop of the deckchair when the user is sitting, while the second pair of appendices (13) acts as an element of release for the passage of the deck chair to the sitting position.

4) Safety device referred to in Rev. precedents characterized by the fact that on the rear leg (5) there are checks (14) of variation of the inclination of the deckchair.

5) Safety and tilt adjustment device for folding deckchairs as substantially described above, illustrated and claimed for the specified purposes.
