"SEDIA RIPIEGABILE" "FOLDABLE CHAIR"

Il presente modello di utilità riguarda le sedie ripiegabili del tipo in cui lo schienale è portato da prolungamenti di sommità dei montanti o gambe anteriori . The present utility model relates to folding chairs of the type in which the backrest is carried by top extensions of the uprights or front legs.

Già sono note sedie del tipo succitato che quando sono ripiegate occupano uno spazio relativamente grande in quanto i montanti vanno a sovrapporsi almeno parzialmente e a sommare il loro spessore. La sedia in esame comprende una coppia di gambe o montanti anteriori 10, una coppia di gambe o montanti posteriori 11 e un sedile 12 portato da due longheroni 13. La coppia di montanti anteriori 10 sono inclinati all 'indietro dal basso verso l'alto, sona collegati tra di loro da due traversini 15,15' uno posto nella parte inferiore e l'altro appena sopra la parte mediana ed hanno nella loro parte superiore un prolungamento 16 di sostegno dello schienale 17. Claims

R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I A folding chair comprising a pair of front legs or uprights (10), tilted back from bottom to top and having a top extension (16) supporting the backrest, two legs or rear uprights (11) hinged above above the median part of the front pillars, and a seat (12) with two side members (13), hinged (18) to an intermediate part of the front pillars and slidingly connected to the rear pillars (il), characterized by the fact that the rear uprights (11) are placed and hinged on the inner side of the front uprights (10), that the seat side members (13) are located inside the rear uprights and that the front uprights, rear uprights and seat are located all on the same floor when the chair is folded.

2. Chair according to claim 1, wherein the sliding connection between the side members (13) of the seat and the rear uprights (11) is achieved by means of a pair of rollers (23) applied to each side member and resting on the front and rear sides of a relative upright (11).

3. Chair according to claim 2, wherein said pair of slow-downs (23) is applied on a pivoting support (22) -fixed to the relative side member.

4, Chair according to claims 1 and 2, in which each rear upright (11) is provided with a stop pin (24) to lock the seat in a horizontal position when the chair is in use.
