Description

DESCRIZIONE: DESCRIPTION:

A hot-dip galvanized steel bar with a diameter of 25 mm, with a length of approximately 300 mm to 600 mm, on the top of which an eyebolt is fixed for fixing the rope, is called a "tip with eyebolt"; on the opposite side of the tip , for a length of 120 mm, conical shapes have been obtained in an arrow way to contain the resin.

A hot-dip galvanized steel plate with dimensions of 10x100x400 mm, with 12 holes for fixing on the beam, is called a reinforcement bracket; furthermore, a pipe with a diameter of 42 mm external and 26 internal, height 200 mm is welded to the center. This bracket is reinforced at the tip with eyebolts.

For the installation of the whole, a 120 mm deep blind pre-hole with a diameter of 26 mm is made in the ridge beam; the resin is introduced, the bar is positioned, then the tip with eyebolt is introduced and the bracket is locked with appropriate screws.

RIVENTICAZIONI: 1. Still the spikes or poles of the lifelines are screwed onto the ridge beams with 8 screws, this is done when the joists are flush with the beam and the sealing screws are not visible. The problem exists when the joists rest on the ridge beam, so you can see the gap between the two joists. Here we have to resort to adding two steel angles that come from one joist to the other, locking them with 4 screws. The lifeline pole is fixed between the two angles, drastically reducing the anchorage and sealing of the pole. This also happens when the roof is ventilated and the ventilation package has to be cut to get to the joists. Furthermore, since the length of the poles of the lifelines is fixed, the height of their exit from the ridge is fixed and very invasive, you can see the poles come out 40/50 cm, even from beautiful villas and this is really bad. 2. "The tip with eyebolt and the support bracket" The anchoring and holding of the tips are more durable over time since the tip works in the ridge beam and Γ80% of cases passes between the joists, supported by the bracket locked with 8 screws. With the joists resting on the beam, the bracket is blocked at the meeting of the two joists, i.e. perpendicular to the ridge, always with 8 screws, 4 of which enter the support beam, therefore no different type of anchoring such as angular or similar is required. This also applies to the ventilated roof that starts from the bead to the last board, the bracket and tip rest on the boards in correspondence with the joists. By doing so we have a great saving of time and money and a safer work and the smart tip can be placed at the height you want, having various sizes available.
