R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I 1) Rigid package with hinged lid for elongated elements, in particular cigarettes, the package comprising a cup-shaped container (2) in turn comprising a front wall (4), a rear wall (5) and two side walls (6) mutually defining an open end (2a) of the container (2) itself; a collar (19) having a central wall (20) and two side portions (23 ") associated with the front (4) and side (6) walls of the container (2), the collar (19) projecting outwards from said open end (2a); a hollow lid (3) in turn comprising a front wall (8) a rear wall (9), two side walls (10), a bottom wall (11), and a first flap (17 ) internal front reinforcement, the first flap (17) having its own end (18) integral with a free edge (12) of the front wall (8) of the lid (3) and being U-folded against an internal surface of the front wall (8) of the lid (3) itself, and the rear wall (9) of the lid (3) being hinged to the container (2) along a rear edge (15) of said open end (2a) to allow the lid (3) to rotate between an open position and a closed position of the open end (2a) itself; the said central wall (20) of said collar (19) being stably connected, through a connecting wall (22 "), to an edge of said front wall (4) of said container (2), and the assembly constituted by said central wall (20 ), from said connection wall (22 ") and from said front wall (4) of said container (2) being subjected to bending and presenting in section, when assembled package (1), a substantially Z shape, characterized by the fact that in correspondence with a median area of a portion of said front wall (4) of said container (2) adjacent to said lid (3) a substantially semicircular punch (4 ") is made and has a straight side adjacent to the lid (3 ) itself, and that from an edge of the said front wall (8) of the said lid (3) opposite the edge of connection with the said bottom wall (11) a further substantially semicircular and substantially superimposable fin (17A) departs, to pa block (1) assembled and closed, to said punching (4 ") and insertable in the punching (4") itself.

2) Package according to claim 1, characterized in that said further fin (17A) is defined by a semicircular notch (17 ") made in said first fin (17).

3) Package according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said further flap (17A) can be connected in a substantially stable manner to an adjacent portion of said package (1) by means of a coating (46) of adhesive material.
