R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I 1. 2. Machine according to claim 1 characterized in that said needle punching machine comprises a bar equipped with a vertical reciprocating motion, a comb of needles integral with said bar and a pressure member guided on said bar and able to compress said layer of loose material on said tape.

Machine, according to claim 2, characterized by the fact that said pressing member is constituted by a strip provided with holes aligned with said needles and, at the opposite ends, with upside-down U-shaped brackets arranged in a cavity on said bar, said strip being pressed downwards by springs abutting on stems integral with said bar.
