Claims

CLAIMS 1) Device for extracting women's stockings and the like from shapes, characterized in that it comprises means for gripping the top of a pair of shapes, avaiti tubular shaped and placed side by side on vertical planes, on which respective stockings are intended to be inserted for women, said gripping means being equipped with at least one pair of arms that can be oscillated on a horizontal plane, carrying a relative pad and operable in mutual opening and closing on support means suitable for alternative vertical sliding; auxiliary gripping members, respectively upper and lower, adapted to act in a direction perpendicular to said tubular shapes, and in a median position to them, so as to tighten said socks under the feet of the shapes themselves and in the lower part of these, said members lower auxiliary gripping devices being adapted to be operated in a vertical direction and to operate in sequence the lifting of said upper auxiliary gripping members and of said gripping means of the top of the webs for lifting said stockings.

2) Device according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that said auxiliary upper and lower gripping members respectively provide a pair of opposing grippers, carried by a vertically sliding guided plate and operable in the opposite direction by suitable actuator means.

3) Device according to claim 2, characterized by the fact that said pliers are constituted by profiled sheet metal elements, suitably shaped according to an axis of vertical development and having a complementary shape, so as to stably clamp said stockings between them.

4) Device according to claim 2, characterized by the fact that, in each of said auxiliary gripping members, the unit formed by one said pincers and a relative actuator is carried by an arm rotatably mounted along a vertical axis and able to be operated by a respective crank mechanism, so as to allow the rotation of said pincer in a disengagement position such as not to interfere with the movements of said shapes.

5) Device according to claim 1, characterized in that said pliers are constituted by profiled sheet metal elements having at least one pair of transversal undulations at the edges of a central portion intended for clamping said stockings and having spread end portions.

6) Device according to claim 1, characterized in that said lower auxiliary gripping members are carried by a vertically sliding plate and having vertically protruding means able to intercept, during the lifting stroke of the lower auxiliary gripping members, a second plate supporting said upper auxiliary gripping members, so as to lift them.

7) Device according to claim 1, characterized in that said upper auxiliary gripping members are carried by a vertically sliding plate and carrying vertically protruding means adapted to intercept, during the lifting stroke of said upper auxiliary gripping members, said means of supporting said means for gripping the salinity of said shapes, so as to lift them.

8) Device according to claim 7, characterized by the fact that said vertically projecting means consist of a shaft which extends from said plate and is able to pass freely through a further support plate of said means for gripping the sorcinity of said shapes, said shaft having constrained, in an adjustable position, a ring adapted to intercept, during the lifting stroke of the said upper auxiliary gripping members, the same additional support plate of said gripping means for the top of said shapes.

9) Device for extracting women's stockings and the like from saws according to what can be deduced from the description and drawings.
