Abstract

Trattasi di un divano composto da leggera struttura in metallo, così definibile: 2 archi di cerchio dotati di piedini, sostengono due tubolari in alluminio, sopra e sotto, tali tubolari sono dotati di nervature interne atte ad accogliere il tessuto opportunamente fissato tramite cucitura ad occhiello e opportunamente riempito con tondino in PVC, diam. 6 mm. Una volta inseriti questi due occhielli all'interno dei tubi e i tubi fissati ai due archi sopra descritti, viene fissato in maniera longitudinale, come i due tubi in alluminio, un altro tubolare in metallo posto in posizione centrale lungo i due archi dotati di piedini. Tramite una chiave appositamente disegnata inserita all'interno dei due tubolari in alluminio viene "arrotolato" e tesato il foglio di poliestere precedentemente inserito negli occhielli; il fissaggio definitivo avviene tramite 4 viti. Si è ottenuta così una seduta, con pochissimi elementi strutturali e un foglio di poliestere.This is a sofa made up of a light metal structure, which can be defined as follows: 2 circular arches equipped with feet, support two aluminum tubulars, above and below, these tubulars are equipped with internal ribs suitable for accommodating the fabric suitably fixed by eyelet stitching and suitably filled with PVC rod, diam. 6 mm. A seat was thus obtained, with very few structural elements and a polyester sheet.

Trattasi di un divano composto da una struttura in metallo (Fig. 1) che grazie a una originale e semplice idea di tensionamento (Fig. 2), consente di supportare cuscini (Fig. 5) affinchè ci si possa sedere sopra. Tale tensionamento è possibile a un costo così basso solamente utilizzando il profilo in alluminio da noi trovato dopo un'approfondita ricerca fra centinaia di possibilità esistenti sul mercato. Inoltre la tensionatura viene ottenuta tramite una chiave di nostro disegno (Fig.3). Questo è quindi l'unico divano che, data la facilità di montaggio, è possibile far montare al cliente, ed è questo oltre ad altro che rivendichiamo. Oltre al particolare disegno che deriva dalle sopraddette scelte tecnologiche, il nostro divano è stilizzato da un noto designer che l'ha reso armonico,' ed estetico, individuando soluzioni di fissaggio dei cuscini tramite cinghie (Fig.5), come si fa nella produzione della valigerìa, e disegnando il bracciolo in cuoio (Fig. 4) che è anche strutturale e contribuisce a consolidare la statica del divano. Inoltre questo divano può essere definito estremamente ecologico in quanto nessuna componente che lo costituisce viene mischiata o incollata all'altra ed è quindi completamente recuperabile.
