Annessa a domanda di brevetto per MODELLO DI UTILITA’ avente per titolo: Attached to a patent application for UTILITY MODEL entitled:

“ACCESSORIO GONFIABILE” "INFLATABLE ACCESSORY"

La presente soluzione ha per oggetto un accessorio gonfiabile, riconducibile ad una sorta di “palloncino”, in sostanza un palloncino per bambini. The present solution relates to an inflatable accessory, attributable to a sort of "balloon", essentially a balloon for children.

La presente soluzione trova particolare applicazione nel settore dell’intrattenimento, in particolare nell’industria dei palloncini in foil ovvero in plastica metallizzata (mylar<®>) o nylon. This solution finds particular application in the entertainment sector, in particular in the industry of foil balloons or in metallized plastic (mylar <®>) or nylon.

Si noti che, nel prosieguo, verranno utilizzati indistintamente i termini “accessorio gonfiabile” e “palloncino”, in quanto la presente invenzione è principalmente applicabile a questa tipologia di prodotto per lo svago ed il divertimento. Nella tecnica nota si è soliti realizzare tali tipologie di accessori gonfiabili, ovvero palloncini, mediante sottili strati di plastica metallizzata (o mylar<®>) che vengono tagliati secondo una forma prestabilita e poi uniti ai bordi con il calore, mediante saldatura a definire la forma e l’oggetto finale. Scopo della presente invenzione è mettere a disposizione un accessorio gonfiabile, o palloncino, in grado di superare gli inconvenienti della tecnica nota sopra citati. In particolare, è scopo della presente soluzione mettere a disposizione un accessorio gonfiabile, o palloncino, di tipo foil adatto ad un riempimento ad aria, o gas di altro tipo, a definire una figura nella quale sia presente uno spazio destinato al suo riempimento – più o meno parziale – con prodotti diversi dal materiale costituente l’accessorio stesso. Tale palloncino 1 è del tipo foil, ovvero realizzato in materiale plastico, preferibilmente un polimero termoplastico. This balloon 1 is of the foil type, ie made of plastic material, preferably a thermoplastic polymer.

Con il termine inchiostro viene definito un preparato di consistenza variabile, da liquida a pastosa, costituito da soluzioni di coloranti o sospensioni di pigmenti in un fluido disperdente, con la caratteristica di fissarsi su determinati materiali, come la carta o ad altri supporti adatti per mezzo della scrittura, della stampa o mediante l'uso di un timbro. Quest’ultimo essendo conformato a definire una superficie S sufficientemente estesa al fine di poter contenere scritture che sulla stessa potranno essere apportate dall’utilizzatore finale. Il prodotto-palloncino avrà quindi la funzione di costituire una figura tridimensionale riconducibile, mediante le colorazioni o le linee in essa realizzate esternamente, ad un soggetto di fantasia, ma nella quale viene lasciato libero uno spazio utilizzabile per una scrittura. The balloon-product will therefore have the function of constituting a three-dimensional figure that can be traced back, through the colors or lines made in it externally, to a fantasy subject, but in which a usable space for writing is left free.

Un esempio potrebbe essere quello di apporre sullo spazio libero uno scritto augurale, un pensiero, un nome, od altro ancora, così da personalizzare il prodotto stesso. Il materiale con il quale il palloncino viene realizzato, anche in corrispondenza della superficie di scrittura, sarà del tipo che non assorbe l’inchiostro su di esso riportato: in tal modo si potrà scrivere, cancellare e riscrivere a piacere. Claims

CLAIMS 1. Inflatable accessory, comprising a main body (1a) defined by one or more sheets (2) made of a thermoplastic polymer connected together by one or more welding lines to define a balloon inflation chamber (5); wherein said accessory comprises at least a portion (L) made with the same material as said sheet (2) and in one with the same, defining a second body (1b) configured as a surface (S) able to allow, on it, solvable application of ink.

2. Inflatable accessory according to claim 1, wherein said second body (1b) is shaped as a flat surface, with one or more faces, to define a sort of book or notebook.

Inflatable accessory according to claim 1, wherein said first body (1a) is configured to define, in use and with said inflation chamber (5), a three-dimensional figure having at least a pair of appendages (5a) containing or embracing said second body (1b).

Inflatable accessory according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said pair of appendages (5a) is made in one with said sheet (2).

5. Inflatable accessory according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said first body (1a) is configured to define, in use, a three-dimensional figure attributable to a human or animal or fantasy figure having at least one pair of appendages (5a), in one with said sheet (2), embracing said second body (1b) in which it is shaped like a flat surface, with one or more faces, to define a sort of book or notebook.
