DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION
L'invenzione à ̈ relativa ad una sacca con passanti e cinghie in grado di trasformare una valigia rigida o semirigida, con o senza ruote, in zaino da collocare sulle spalle. Nel settore della valigeria si à ̈ sempre più diffuso l'uso di valigie con ruote, comunemente denominate trolley, per agevolarne il movimento. Purtroppo, le valigie con ruote presentano diversi svantaggi, come la difficoltà di trascinamento su superfici non piane o con fondi sconnessi, l'avanzamento su strade non asfaltate o con buche. I trolley, inoltre, non possono essere trascinati su scale. La modalità di trascinamento delle valigie comporta ulteriori limiti, come non avere le mani libere, il trasporto limitato ad una o due valigie ed una scarsa velocità di spostamento data dal trascinamento su ruote. Detti svantaggi risultano anche nel caso di valigie senza ruote che, ulteriormente, presentano anche il problema del loro peso in fase di supporto a braccio. Oggetto del risultamento à ̈ un dispositivo che consente di superare i limiti menzionati in quanto permette di trasformare una valigia con o senza ruote in zaino da disporre sulle spalle. Ovviamente il trovato consente sia l'utilizzo della valigia per trasporto a sollevamento da manici od in modalità trolley, ovvero a trascinamento su ruote, che come zaino da porre sulle spalle in base alle necessità richieste nell’uso. Il dispositivo oggetto dell'invenzione à ̈, infatti, completamente ripiegabile, a minimo ingombro e può essere riposto all'interno di una tasca della valigia. Il trovato consente, quindi, di avere i vantaggi di uno zaino, come avere le mani lìbere, poter percorrere scale o superfici dissestate ed avere una maggiore velocità di spostamento. Ulteriore vantaggio offerto dal trovato à ̈ dato dal fatto di avere la parte interna in grado di verificare le dimensioni del bagaglio secondo quanto stabilito dal trasporto aereo o da altri vettori. Attualmente la verifica di tali dimensioni à ̈ effettuata da contenitori metallici in cui vengono poste le valigie per verificarne le dimensioni prima dell'imbarco, con rallentamenti e file nella fase dì controllo prima del carico delle valigie nella stiva o per il bagaglio a mano. Il dispositivo ripiegabile per valigia rigida o semirigida comprende una sacca in tessuto con almeno due passanti posti nella parte soprastante della sacca ed almeno due passanti posti ai fianchi della sacca, con la sacca dotata di laccio posto all’interno del bordo superiore, richiuso con cintura per stringere la sacca alla valigia, e tre cinghie regolabili in cui una cinghia viene infilata nei passanti posti ai fianchi della sacca e stretta in vita ail’utilizzatore del dispositivo e ciascuna delle altre due cinghie viene infilata nei passanti posti nella parte sottostante della sacca, incrociando le stesse ed infilandole all'interno del manico superiore della valigia per costituire spallacci regolabili. Questi ed altri scopi e vantaggi del dispositivo oggetto del risultamento risultano maggiormente evidenti dalla seguente descrizione dettagliata con riferimento ai disegni allegati ai fogli 1, 2, 3 e 4 che illustrano il trovato in via puramente indicativa ed in quanto tale non limitativa. In particolare al foglio 1 la figura 1 à ̈ vista prospettica di una valigia rigida o semirigida del tipo trolley con la sacca e con le cinghie per essere trasformata in zaino . AI foglio 2 la figura 2 à ̈ vista frontale del trovato indossato con il trolley sulle spalle . AI foglio 3 la figura 3 à ̈ vista laterale del trovato indossato. AI foglio 4 la figura 4 à ̈ vista posteriore di un trolley trasformato in zaino nella fase di trasporto. In una forma di realizzazione preferita ma non esclusiva il dispositivo ripiegabile per valigia rigida o semirigida à ̈ costituito da una sacca 1 in tessuto od in qualsiasi altro materiale con almeno due passanti 2 posti nella parte sottostante 3 della sacca 1 ed almeno due passanti 4 posti ai fianchi 5 della sacca 1; con la sacca 1 dotata di laccio 6, posto all'interno del bordo superiore 7 richiuso con cucitura 8, per stringere la sacca 1 alla valigia e con tre cinghie regolabili 9, 10 e 11 in cui la cinghia 9 viene infi lata nei passanti 4 e stretta alla vita dell 'utilizzatore del dispositivo mentre le ulteriori due cinghie 10 e 11 vengono infilate ciascuna in rispettivi passanti 2 posti nella parte sottostante 3 della sacca 1, incrociate e fatte passare all 'interno del manico superiore 12 della valigia per costituire spallacci regola bili. La sacca 1 à ̈ realizzata in tessuto o materiali analoghi leggeri ma non estensibili , pieghevoli e dotati di resistenza alla trazione cosi da poter reggere senza strappi al peso di una valigia del tipo trolley piena o di una valigia tradizionale senza ruote. In forma tecnicamente equivalente il tessuto della sacca 1 può essere sostituito da rete in nylon od analoghi materiali sintetici. La parte interna 13 della sacca 1 presenta misure standard per verificare le dimensioni della base del bagaglio secondo quanto richiesto dalla compagnia di trasporto. Una qualsiasi delle ci ngh ie regolabili 9 o 10 o 11 può essere dotata di segni o riferimenti per veri ficare l'altezza del bagaglio. Il laccio 6 può essere regolato e stretto alla valigia con dispositivo di ritenuta secondo tecnica nota per stringere e tenere in tensione il laccio 6 attorno alla valigia. Le cinghie g, 10 e 11 sono regolabili in lunghezza e sono dotate di fibb ie ad attacco e sgancio rapido, come quelle normalmente in uso negl i za ini. La sacca 1 può essere rivestita al suo interno da sacchetto14 con elastico perimetrale 15 al bordo superiore 16 in modo ta le da evitare di imbrattare la sacca 1 in caso di trascinamento della valigia del t ipo trolley o tradizionale su superfici sporche , polverose o nel caso in cui SI siano percorse strade con pozzanghere. Detto sacchetto viene ad essere introdotto nella sacca 1 con il trolley disposto all'interno del sacchetto 14 e della sacca 1. Il sacchetto 14 con elastico perimetrale 15 al bordo superiore 16 à ̈ realizzato in materiale plastico, con funzione usa e getta. In fase di util izzo il dispositivo ripiegabile per valigia rigida o semirigida prevede l'introduzione della valigia all 'interno della sacca 1, con eventualmente il sacchetto 14 con elastico perimetrale 15 al bordo superiore 16 per evitare l'imbrattamento della sacca 1 nel caso in cui si siano percorsi trag itti con strade sporche o bagnate. Tirando il laccio 6 la sacca 1 aderisce temporaneamente alla valigia e viene tenuta in tensione dal dispositivo di ritenuta od annodando il laccio. Vengono qu indi disposte la cinghia 9 nei passanti 4 e le cinghie 10 e 11 nei passanti 2. Le cinghie 10 e 11 vengono quindi incrociate e fatte passare all'interno del manico superiore della valigia per costituire spallacci regolabili. In tal modo la va ligia rigida o semirigida si à ̈ trasformata in zaino. Il trovato à ̈ suscettibile di numerose modifiche e varianti tutte rientranti nell'ambito del concetto inventivo; parti o combinazioni di parti degli elementi tecnici costituenti il dispositivo oggetto del ri sultamento, come ad esempio cinghie cucite direttamente sulla valigia od estraibil i dall 'interno di questa sono da intendersi come varianti del concetto inventivo. Tutti i dettag li possono essere sostituiti da altri tecnicamente equivalenti senza per questo uscire del campo di protezione sancito dalle rivendicazioni. Unfortunately, wheeled suitcases have several disadvantages, such as the difficulty of dragging on uneven surfaces or with uneven surfaces, the movement on unpaved roads or with potholes. Furthermore, the trolleys cannot be dragged up stairs. The mode of dragging the suitcases involves further limits, such as not having your hands free, transport limited to one or two suitcases and a low speed of movement given by dragging on wheels. Said disadvantages also result in the case of suitcases without wheels which, furthermore, also present the problem of their weight in the arm support step. The object of the result is a device that allows you to overcome the limits mentioned as it allows you to transform a suitcase with or without wheels into a backpack to be placed on the shoulders. Obviously, the invention allows both the use of the suitcase for transport by lifting from handles or in trolley mode, or dragging on wheels, and as a backpack to be placed on the shoulders according to the needs required in use. The device object of the invention is, in fact, completely foldable, taking up minimal space and can be placed inside a suitcase pocket. The invention therefore allows to have the advantages of a backpack, such as having free hands, being able to travel along stairs or rough surfaces and having a greater speed of movement. A further advantage offered by the invention is given by the fact that the internal part is able to verify the dimensions of the baggage according to what has been established by air transport or by other carriers. Currently, the verification of these dimensions is carried out by metal containers in which the suitcases are placed to check their dimensions before boarding, with slowdowns and queues in the control phase before loading the suitcases in the hold or for hand luggage. The foldable device for rigid or semi-rigid suitcases includes a fabric bag with at least two loops placed in the upper part of the bag and at least two loops placed on the sides of the bag, with the bag equipped with a drawstring placed inside the upper edge, closed with belt to tighten the bag to the suitcase, and three adjustable straps in which a strap is inserted into the loops placed at the sides of the bag and tightened at the waist by the user of the device and each of the other two straps is inserted into the loops placed in the lower part of the bag, crossing them and inserting them inside the upper handle of the suitcase to form adjustable shoulder straps. These and other objects and advantages of the device object of the result are more evident from the following detailed description with reference to the drawings attached to sheets 1, 2, 3 and 4 which illustrate the invention purely by way of indication and as such not limitative. In particular, on sheet 1, figure 1 is a perspective view of a rigid or semi-rigid suitcase of the trolley type with the bag and straps to be transformed into a backpack. On sheet 2 figure 2 is a front view of the invention worn with the trolley on the shoulders. On sheet 3 figure 3 is a side view of the worn invention. On sheet 4 figure 4 is a rear view of a trolley transformed into a backpack during the transport phase. In a preferred but not exclusive embodiment, the foldable device for a rigid or semi-rigid suitcase consists of a bag 1 made of fabric or any other material with at least two loops 2 placed in the underlying part 3 of the bag 1 and at least two loops 4 places at the sides 5 of the bag 1; with the bag 1 equipped with a lace 6, placed inside the upper edge 7 closed with seam 8, to tighten the bag 1 to the suitcase and with three adjustable straps 9, 10 and 11 in which the strap 9 is threaded through the loops 4 and tightened to the waist of the user of the device while the further two straps 10 and 11 are each inserted into respective loops 2 placed in the underlying part 3 of the bag 1, crossed and passed inside the upper handle 12 of the suitcase to form regular shoulder straps bile. The bag 1 is made of fabric or similar materials that are light but not stretchable, foldable and endowed with tensile strength so as to be able to withstand the weight of a full trolley suitcase or a traditional suitcase without wheels without tearing. In technically equivalent form, the fabric of the bag 1 can be replaced by nylon mesh or similar synthetic materials. The internal part 13 of the bag 1 has standard measures to check the dimensions of the luggage base as required by the transport company. Any of the adjustable 9 or 10 or 11 can be equipped with markings or references to verify the height of the baggage. The lace 6 can be adjusted and tightened to the suitcase with a retaining device according to the known technique for tightening and keeping the lace 6 under tension around the suitcase. The straps g, 10 and 11 are adjustable in length and are equipped with buckles with quick attachment and release, like those normally used in the shops. The bag 1 can be lined inside with a bag 14 with perimeter elastic 15 at the upper edge 16 so as to avoid soiling the bag 1 in case of dragging the suitcase of the trolley or traditional type on dirty, dusty surfaces or in case in which roads with puddles have been traveled. Said bag is introduced into the bag 1 with the trolley arranged inside the bag 14 and the bag 1. The bag 14 with perimeter elastic 15 at the upper edge 16 is made of plastic material, with a disposable function. During use, the foldable device for rigid or semi-rigid suitcase provides for the introduction of the suitcase inside the bag 1, possibly with the bag 14 with perimeter elastic 15 at the upper edge 16 to avoid soiling of the bag 1 in the case you have traveled on dirty or wet roads. By pulling the lace 6, the bag 1 temporarily adheres to the suitcase and is kept under tension by the restraint device or by knotting the lace. The strap 9 is then arranged in the loops 4 and the straps 10 and 11 in the loops 2. The straps 10 and 11 are then crossed and passed inside the upper handle of the suitcase to form adjustable shoulder straps. In this way the rigid or semi-rigid suitcase has been transformed into a backpack. The invention is susceptible of numerous modifications and variations, all of which are within the scope of the inventive concept; parts or combinations of parts of the technical elements constituting the device under investigation, such as for example straps sewn directly onto the suitcase or removable from the inside of the latter, are to be understood as variants of the inventive concept. All the details can be replaced by other technically equivalent ones without thereby departing from the field of protection sanctioned by the claims.
