DESCRIZIONE DELL'INVENZIONE DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

La presente invenzione s'inquadra nel settore dei sistemi di preparazione ed erogazione di bevande e in particolare si riferisce a una capsula per miscela solubile. Sono note capsule per macchine da caffè o bevande solubili costituite da un contenitore riempito con una miscela granulare e chiuso mediante un coperchio. Il contenitore è anche dotato di un condotto centrale per l’uscita della bevanda preparata. In una condizione di stoccaggio del contenitore un’estremità interna di tale condotto è in contatto con il coperchio che chiude tale estremità interna impedendo la fuoriuscita della miscela. In una condizione di erogazione il coperchio presenta una serie di aperture o micro fessure che permettono l’uscita in pressione della bevanda correttamente miscelata. Claims

CLAIMS 1) Capsule for soluble mixture (5) consisting of a container (2), a lid (3) fixed to the container (2) and pierceable for the introduction of a liquid into the container (2) in correspondence with a dispensing condition of a drink, and a duct (4) having an external end (41) constrained to the base of the container (2) and an internal end (42) placed in proximity to the lid (3) for the outlet of the drink at the condition of delivery; said capsule being characterized by the fact that it comprises at least one passage between the lid (3) and the internal end (42) of the duct (4) in correspondence with the beverage dispensing condition.

2) Capsule according to claim 1 characterized by the fact that the passage consists of at least one opening made at the internal end (42) of the duct (4).

3) Capsule according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the passage is made between a projection (31) of the lid (3) facing inside the container (2) and enveloping the internal end (42) of the duct with play (4).

4) Capsule according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the passage is made between a tapered element (32) protruding from the lid (3) inside the container (2) and at least partially inserted in the internal end (42) of the duct (4).

5) Capsule according to claim 4 characterized by the fact that the tapered element (32) is internally hollow to be able to deform in correspondence with the beverage dispensing condition when it is subjected to the pressure of the liquid introduced into the capsule (1).

6) Capsule according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the container (2), the duct (4) and the lid (3) are made of materials having different stiffnesses.

7) Capsule according to claim 6 characterized by the fact that the container (2) and the duct (4) are made of a material that is more yielding than the lid (3) so that they deform more in correspondence with the beverage dispensing condition with respect to the cover (3) by moving the inner end (42) away from the cover (3).

8) Capsule according to any one of the preceding claims characterized by the fact that in correspondence of a storage condition the internal end (42) of the duct (4) is hermetically in contact with the lid (3) to preserve the aroma of the mixture unaltered soluble (5) inside the container (2).

9) Capsule according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the lid (3) is welded to the container (2).

10) Capsule according to any one of claims 1 to 8 characterized in that the lid (3) is removably fixed to the container (2).
