Lâ€™invenzione si inserisce nel settore tecnico dei componenti per abbigliamento e riguarda, in particolare, un bottone scomponibile. The invention is part of the technical sector of components for clothing and concerns, in particular, a detachable button.

Eâ€™ noto che i bottoni vengono abbinati ai vari capi di abbigliamento in modo da seguire determinati canoni estetici, ognuno dei quali orientato ad ottenere una particolare armonia; ad esempio, il bottone puÃ² essere di colore neutro, oppure dello stesso colore dellâ€™indumento, oppure ancora dello stesso colore con tonalitÃ diversa, od anche di colore contrastante e, in combinazione, puÃ² essere realizzato nello stesso materiale dellâ€™indumento oppure in materiale differente, di qualunque natura. Lo stesso Richiedente, in data 30/05/2011 ha depositato una domanda di brevetto per invenzione industriale col N° BO2011A000313, nella quale viene descritto e difeso un â€œBottone per indumenti intercambiabileâ€ , costituito da un elemento fisso, unito al tessuto di un indumento, e da una parte asportabile amovibilmente associata a detto elemento fisso. In definitiva, il bottone oggetto della presente invenzione risulta tecnicamente superiore allâ€™arte nota conosciuta, quindi scevro dagli inconvenienti che affliggono questâ€™ultima, pur essendo di semplice concezione tecnica e di economica produzione. Ultimately, the button object of the present invention is technically superior to the known prior art, therefore free from the drawbacks that afflict the latter, despite being of simple technical conception and economic production.

Claims

CLAIMS 1. Detachable button for garments, comprising: a support element (2), stably joined to a first flap (L1) of one of the aforementioned garments; a flattened shaped element (3), suitable for constituting the main body of the aforementioned button (1), intended to be removably coupled, by means of snap coupling members (4), with the aforementioned support element (2) and designed to insert in a corresponding buttonhole made in a second flap of the same garment; said detachable button (1) being characterized by the fact that said snap coupling members (4) comprise: two elastically flexible tabs (40), protruding perpendicularly from the aforementioned support element (2), each of which is provided with a tooth (41 ) facing outwards; a shank (30), integral with the lower face (3i) of the aforementioned shaped element (3), axially perforated to define a seat (42) in which the aforementioned fins (40), bent in mutual approach, are suitable for interference fit; two opposite openings (43,44), made in said shank (30), adapted to house, with snap insertion, the aforementioned teeth (41) of the fins (40) as a consequence of their elastic return and mutual removal; said opposite openings (43,44) opening outwards of said detachable button (1) to allow the disengagement of said teeth (41) from said openings (43,44).

Detachable button according to claim 1, characterized in that said openings (44) comprise two opposite slits, made in said tang (30), each able to define, below, a stop step (45) perpendicular to the axis of the aforementioned seat (42), next to it, and extended to lead to the upper face (3s) of said shaped element (3), with said steps (45) able to intercept the aforementioned teeth (41) of the fins (40), snapped together as a consequence of the elastic return of the latter and of their mutual separation;

Button that can be disassembled according to claim 2, characterized by the fact that it also comprises a release tool (50), provided with two shaped prongs (51) able to insert into said slits (44), through the openings defined in the aforementioned upper face (3s), to intercept the teeth (41) housed therein and push them to come out, with consequent elastic bending of the relative fins (40).

Detachable button according to claim 1, characterized in that said openings (43) comprise two opposing through holes, made in said tang (30), having their relative axis perpendicular to that of the aforementioned seat (42) and positioned in proximity of the bottom of the latter, suitable for housing the aforementioned teeth (41);

Detachable button according to claim 4, characterized by the fact that it also comprises a release tool (5), provided with two tips (15) each of which can be inserted, from the outside towards the inside, in a corresponding aforementioned through hole (43), to intercept the aforesaid tooth (41) housed therein and push it to come out, with consequent elastic bending of the relative fin (40).

6. Button that can be dismantled according to claim 1, 2 or 4, characterized in that said seat (42) has, at the entrance, a flared mouth (42a).

Detachable button according to claim 1 or 2 or 4, characterized by the fact that said support element (2) forms a support base (20) adapted to abut a face of the aforementioned first flap (L1), at least one eyelet being provided in the same base (20) ( 21) intended to receive, with a self-locking coupling, an anti-slip pin (220) integral with a fixing boss (22), with the aforementioned anti-slip pin (220) passing through an opening made in said first flap (L1) in correspondence of the aforementioned eyelet (21) and with the aforementioned fixing boss (22) intended to meet the opposite face of the same first flap (L1), so that a portion of the latter is tightened between said base (20) and boss (22).

8. Detachable button according to claim 7, characterized by the fact that said eyelet (21) is provided with two opposite lateral notches (210) able to confer a greater capacity of elastic deformation both when introducing the aforementioned anti-slip pin (220) and for a possible extraction of the same.

9. Detachable button according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the aforementioned teeth (41) have a rectangular section.

10. Detachable button according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the aforementioned teeth (41) have a circular section.
