Sunbathing cushion, according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises removable fixing means of said module (4) to at least a predefined exposed surface of the boat, in said second configuration of use, for the reception of solar radiation by of said module (4) and its conversion into electrical energy by means of the photovoltaic effect.

3. Sun cushion, according to claim 2, characterized in that said fastening means comprise a plurality of eyelets (6), distributed along the edges of said module (4), removably associable by pressure to respective buttons, fastenable to at least one default exposed surface of the vessel.

Sun cushion, according to claim 2, characterized in that said fastening means comprise at least two strips (7) superficially coated with a material such as Velcro®, applied to the edges of said module (4) and removably associable by tearing to respective bands coated with a material such as velcro®, applicable on at least one predefined exposed surface of the boat.

5. Sun cushion, according to claim 4, characterized in that said mat (3) comprises respective surface bands made of a material such as Velcro®, for the removable tear-off coupling between said mat (3) and said module ( 4).

Sunbathing cushion, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said sheath (2) comprises a first substantially laminar flap (10) and a second substantially laminar flap (11) mutually opposed, stably constrained to each other in a correspondence of the respective edges, along at least a portion of said respective edges a zip closure (12) being arranged, for the extraction and insertion of said mat (3) and of said module (4), and the passage from said first rest configuration with said second configuration of use, and vice versa, said first layer (10) being constituted by a net made of an elastomeric material, for the drainage and protection of said module (4), facing said first layer (10 ) in said first configuration, said second flap (11) being made of a spongy material.

Sunbathing cushion, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a headrest (13), removably applicable to said second flap (11), in correspondence with said first rest configuration, said headrest (13) overlying a box junction (15) of said module (4), housed in said sheath (2).
