Locking and supporting member, particularly for bicycle mudguards and the like, and respective mudguard, member (1) which can be associated with components and accessories for bicycles such as fixing brackets (3), luggage racks (4), baskets, and the like, characterized in that said member (1) comprises at least a portion having a conformation substantially conjugated to that of the cross section of said mudguard (2), for the shape coupling with the latter, said portion and said mudguard (2 ) being involved in at least one stop unit, to prevent the mutual sliding and the stable maintenance of the coupling, with consequent anchoring of said member (1) to said mudguard (2).

2. Locking and supporting member, and respective mudguard, according to claim 1, characterized in that said member (1) is constituted by an elongated body (5) with a substantially annular conformation and having respective flaps bent (6) towards the at its ends, the internal surface (5a) of said body (5), with said folded flaps (6), substantially defining said portion having a conformation substantially conjugated to that of the cross section of said mudguard (2).

3. Locking and supporting member, and respective mudguard, according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that said body (5) comprises at least one tooth (7) extending externally from said internal surface (5a) and sliding in at least one respective axial groove (8) defined along said mudguard (2), said at least one stop unit being constituted by at least one respective shoulder (9), made along said at least one groove (8), due to the obstacle to the sliding of said tooth ( 7) in said groove (8), with consequent anchoring of said member (1) to said mudguard (2).

4. Locking and supporting member, and respective mudguard, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that said mudguard (2) has at least two of said closely spaced shoulders (9), made in said at least one groove (8), for the obstacle to the sliding of said tooth (7) in both directions, for the optimal anchoring of said member (1) to said mudguard (2).

Locking and supporting member, and respective mudguard, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said body (5) comprises two of said teeth (7), extending externally from said internal surface (5a) and sliding in two respective axial grooves (8), mutually parallel, made along said mudguard (2), along each of said grooves (8) being made at least one of said shoulders (9), for the obstacle to the sliding of a respective tooth (7 ) in said groove (8), with consequent anchoring of said member (1) to said mudguard (2)

6. Locking and supporting member, and respective mudguard, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said mudguard (2) comprises a plurality of shoulders (9), substantially close to two by two made along each of said grooves (8), due to the obstacle to the sliding of said teeth (7) and the consequent anchoring of said member (1) to said mudguard (2) in a plurality of different reciprocal positions.

7. Locking and supporting member, and respective mudguard, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said body (5) comprises a substantially axial through duct, the curved part of a fixing bracket (3), substantially constituted by a curvilinear rod substantially shaped like a "U", the terminal ends of said curvilinear rod being rigidly constrained to the corresponding terminal parts of the hub of a wheel of a bicycle, for anchoring said curvilinear rod and wheel hub to said mudguard (2).

Locking and supporting member, and respective mudguard, according to one or more of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that said body (5) has, at its ends, respective blind cavities for receiving terminal appendages of respective rectilinear rods, suitable for fixing said mudguard (2), anchored to said body (5), to the hub of a bicycle wheel.

Locking and supporting member, and respective mudguard, according to one or more of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that said body (5) has at least two offshoots (10), developing on the opposite side with respect to said internal surface ( 5a), suitable for supporting a bicycle accessory, such as a luggage rack (4), a basket, and the like.

Locking and supporting member, and respective mudguard, according to claim 9, characterized in that each of said offshoots (10) has, in a median portion (10a) of it, a narrowing suitable to allow small oscillations of said offshoot ( 10), the small oscillations allowing the reciprocal alignment of the terminal sections (10b), substantially squared, of said offshoots (10) for supporting the accessory, according to a substantially horizontal plane.
