Breveto per Invenzione Industriale dal titolo “DISPOSITIVO PER L’INSERIMENTO DI UN FLUIDO PRESSURIZZATO IN SERBATOIO GAS G.P.L.”. Patent for Industrial Invention entitled "DEVICE FOR INSERTING A PRESSURIZED FLUID IN THE GAS TANK G.P.L.".

DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION

L’invenzione concerne un dispositivo per la pulizia e/o la lubrificazione delle sedi valvole e delle valvole di aspirazione di un motore endotermico con alimentazione a gas, ovvero G.P.L. o metano, tramite bombola spray. Attualmente sono noti vari dispositivi per introdurre un fluido lubrificante all’interno di un serbatoio gas per veicoli. Deti dispositivi hanno, però, bisogno di vari componenti per essere posizionati sulle prese di carico del serbatoio gas. Oggeto del risultamento è un dispositivo per Γ inserimento del fluido lubrificante in serbatoio gas diretamente da una bombola spray. Il trovato è utilizzabile direttamente su tuti i tipi di presa di carico di un serbatoio gas, dotati o privi di filettatura. Il trovato trova quindi applicazione per qualsiasi veicolo con alimentazione a gas. Inoltre, poiché si può verificare che le prese di carico dell’impianto a gas siano posizionate in parti difficili da raggiungere, il trovato è in grado di essere utilizzato in qualsiasi angolazione della bombola e con scarsi spazi di manovra. Oggeto del risultamento è un nuovo originale dispositivo per la manutenzione dell’impianto a gas costituito da una bambola pressurizzata dotata di una valvola a saccheto integrata con la valvola stessa, nota in gergo tecnico intemazionale come valvola B.O.V. (acronimo di bag on valve), avente sulla parte esterna della valvola una guarnizione sferica che permete l’adattamento del dispositivo ad ogni tipologia di presa di carico G.P.L. o metano e quindi per qualsiasi veicolo dotato di tale alimentazione. L’unione quindi di una valvola pressurizzata con la valvola a sacchetto e con la guarnizione sferica consente di ottenere bombole monouso di facile costruzione e di universale impiego per tutti i tipi di veicoli alimentati a gas. Ulteriore vantaggio offerto dal trovato è dato dal fatto che il pulitore/ lubrificante posto nel sacchetto della valvola non viene a contatto con il gas in pressione all’ interno della bombola. Il gas per l’espulsione del contenuto dalla bombola non giunge quindi all’ interno del serbatoio gas del veicolo, evitando pericolose contaminazioni e danni all’alimentazione del veicolo. L’utilizzo di bombole pressurizzate con valvole a sacchetto e guarnizioni sferiche permette di ottenere dispositivi con costi di realizzazione contenuti. Inoltre, la semplicità di utilizzo consente l’uso del trovato anche a personale non specializzato. Con l’oggetto del risultamento si ha, quindi, la possibilità di avere disponibile il trovato per la commercializzazione direttamente dal distributore di carburanti, con l’utilizzatore finale che può provvedere ad inserire il fluido lubrificante direttamente nella presa di carico del serbatoio gas, senza sporcarsi le mani ed evitando costi aggiuntivi dovuti all’ intervento di personale della stazione di servizio. Questi ed altri scopi e vantaggi offerti dal risultamento sono maggiormente evidenti dalla descrizione dettagliata che segue di una forma di applicazione preferita ma non esclusiva, unitamente ai disegni allegati dei fogli 1 e 2 che illustrano in via puramente indicativa ed in quanto tale non limitativa il dispositivo oggetto del risultamento. In particolare al foglio 1 la figura 1 è vista in sezione longitudinale di una bombola secondo il risultamento. Al foglio 2 la applicato ad un presa di carico di un veicolo. Il dispositivo per l’inserimento di un fluido in serbatoio gas è costituito da una bombola 1 dotata superiormente di una valvola a sacchetto 2, detta anche valvola B.O.V. (bag on valve), con, disposta sulla sua parte superiore, una guarnizione sferica 3. Detta guarnizione 3 è dotata di foro passante 4 per consentire Γ inserimento della parte in aggetto superiore della valvola così da attuare Γ incastro stabile tra le parti. All’ interno del sacchetto 5 della valvola 2 viene posto il liquido pulitore/lubrificante 6. Nella bombola 1 viene quindi posto uno o più gas in pressione 7, secondo tecnica nota. In fase di funzionamento il trovato prevede, dopo aver effettuato il rifornimento gas al veicolo, l’introduzione del trovato alla presa di carico del gas. L’utilizzatore appoggia quindi la parte sferica della guarnizione sul foro della presa di carico, dotato o meno di filettatura. Spingendo la bombola 1 verso il foro della presa di carico si apre la valvola a sacchetto 2, introducendo il liquido pulitore/lubrificante 6 all’ interno del serbatoio gas. La pressione esercitata dal liquido lubrificante 6 in fuoruscita dalla bombola 1 è in grado di determinare l’apertura della valvola della presa di carico, consentendo quindi il passaggio del fluido pulitore/lubrificante 6 dalla bombola 1 al serbatoio gas. Il distacco della guarnizione sferica 3 dalla presa di carico del gas chiude automaticamente sia la valvola della presa di carico che la valvola a sacchetto 2 della bombola 1. La sfericità della guarnizione 3 consente l’adattamento a tutti i diametri dei fori delle prese di carico del gas, dotati o privi di filettature. Il trovato è suscettibile di numerose modifiche e varianti tutte rientranti nell’ambito del concetto inventivo. The object of the result is a new original device for the maintenance of the gas system consisting of a pressurized doll equipped with a bag valve integrated with the valve itself, known in international technical jargon as the B.O.V. (acronym for bag on valve), having a spherical gasket on the outside of the valve that allows the device to be adapted to any type of G.P.L. or methane and therefore for any vehicle equipped with this power supply. Therefore, the union of a pressurized valve with the bag valve and with the spherical gasket allows to obtain disposable cylinders of easy construction and universal use for all types of gas-powered vehicles. A further advantage offered by the invention is given by the fact that the cleaner / lubricant placed in the valve bag does not come into contact with the gas under pressure inside the cylinder. The gas for expelling the contents from the cylinder therefore does not reach the inside of the vehicle's gas tank, avoiding dangerous contamination and damage to the vehicle's power supply. The use of pressurized cylinders with bag valves and spherical seals allows to obtain devices with low manufacturing costs. In addition, the ease of use allows the use of the invention even by unskilled personnel. With the object of the result, therefore, there is the possibility of having the invention available for marketing directly from the fuel distributor, with the end user who can provide for inserting the lubricating fluid directly into the filling point of the gas tank, without getting your hands dirty and avoiding additional costs due to the intervention of service station personnel. These and other objects and advantages offered by the result are more evident from the detailed description that follows of a preferred but not exclusive form of application, together with the attached drawings of sheets 1 and 2 which illustrate the device purely by way of indication and as such not limitative. object of the result. The detachment of the spherical gasket 3 from the gas inlet valve automatically closes both the inlet valve and the bag valve 2 of cylinder 1. The sphericity of the gasket 3 allows the adaptation to all the diameters of the holes of the intakes gas, with or without threads.
