Description

Brevetto per Invenzione Industriale dal titolo “METODO DI PRODUZIONE PER ETICHETTE IN MATERIALI PLASTICI E PRODOTTO OTTENUTO”.
DESCRIZIONE
Oggetto del risultamento è un metodo di produzione per ottenere una nuova ed originale tipologia di etichette da utilizzare per capi di abbigliamento, accessori per l’abbigliamento, cinture, valigeria e calzature. Attualmente, le etichette per questo tipo di produzioni sono attuate su materiali quali stoffa, cuoio o similari su cui vengono stampati marchi, loghi, disegni, nomi o frasi secondo quanto richiesto dal committente. Le etichette di tipo noto presentano, però, diversi svantaggi dovuti principalmente alla cancellazione di quanto stampato su di esse a seguito del susseguirsi dei lavaggi, delle esposizioni a fonti di luce intensa o calore e/o in relazione ad usure di vario genere che si determinano nel tempo. Il metodo oggetto del trovato realizza un nuovo prodotto, determinato a fusione di parti su base in tessuto in materiale plastico, che viene ad avere elevata resistenza ai fattori che determinano la cancellazione di quanto riportato sull’ etichetta, venendo così a risolvere gli inconvenienti delle etichette di tipo noto usate oggi nel settore dell’abbigliamento ed accessori moda. Le modalità di applicazione per saldatura termica consentono, inoltre, di ottenere nuove tipologie di etichette per capi di abbigliamento, per accessori moda ed anche nel campo della valigeria e calzature. Il metodo di produzione in oggetto ed il prodotto ottenuto vengono descritti di seguito in forma dettagliata ed illustrati ai disegni allegati delle Tavole 1 e 2 che illustrano, in via puramente indicativa e non limitativa, un esempio di esecuzione del metodo attuato per ottenere il prodotto finale. In particolare alla Tavola 1 le figure 1 e 2 sono viste laterale di alcune fasi della produzione che permettono di ottenere Γ etichetta oggetto del presente risultamento. Alla Tavola 2 la figura 3 è vista frontale di una etichetta attuata con il metodo di produzione in oggetto. La figura 4 è vista in sezione sempre di un’etichetta prodotta in base al metodo descritto. In una forma di attuazione preferita ma non esclusiva il metodo per la produzione di etichette in materiali plastici prevede l’utilizzo di un tessuto in fibra di poliestere ricoperta in PVC (polivinilcloruro) 1, noto con il come commerciale di tessuto in filoplast. Superiormente a detto tessuto in fibra di poliestere ricoperta in PVC 1 viene disposta la forma grafica in PVC 2 stabilita dal committente che può essere data da una scritta, da un disegno, da un logo o dall’ abbinamento di due o più di questi elementi. L’unione del tessuto in fibra di poliestere ricoperta in PVC. 1 e della forma grafica in PVC 2 è attuata tramite fusione ottenuta per induzione di onde elettromagnetiche ad alta frequenza su blocchi 3 in materiale metallico, ad esempio in una forma di attuazione bronzo od ottone, con contemporaneo schiacciamento del tessuto 1 e della forma grafica 2. L’etichetta 4 ottenuta è poi termotagliata ed allo stesso tempo schiacciata con apporto termico alle fustelle maschio-femmina 5 lungo il contorno esterno 6 così da essere resistente a sfilacciature perimetrali. La tecnica di lavorazione oggetto del metodo prevede, quindi, l’unione della forma grafica in PVC 2 al tessuto in fibra di poliestere ricoperta in PVC 1 e la realizzazione del bordo perimetrale 6 attuabili in un’unica fase così da creare in modo veloce l etichetta finale 4 con la scritta od il disegno voluto dal committente. In una ulteriore versione è prevista l applicazione piana, in rilievo od in basso rilievo di elementi in PVC 7 da unire alla base in tessuto in fibra di poliestere ricoperta in PVC 1 secondo le stesse modalità di fusione con onde elettromagnetiche ad alta frequenza previste per la forma grafica in PVC 2. L’etichetta finale ottenuta 4, a diversità di dimensioni, colorazioni, forme, scritte e disegni in base a quanto richiesto dal committente, prevede quindi applicazione industriale generando un nuovo tipo di etichetta per capi di abbigliamento di qualsiasi genere, per accessori nel campo della moda ed anche nel settore della pelletteria finalizzata a calzature, borse, valigie e similari. Il metodo oggetto del trovato è suscettibile di modifiche e varianti tutte rientranti nel presente concetto inventivo. Inoltre, tutti i particolari tecnici sono sostituibili con altri tecnicamente equivalenti.

Claims (6)

  1. RIVENDICAZIONI 1) Metodo di produzione per etichette in materiali plastici e prodotto ottenuto prevedente l’uso di un tessuto in fibra di poliestere ricoperta in PVC (1), caratterizzato dal fatto che superiormente a detto tessuto (1) viene disposta una forma grafica in PVC (2) e viene attuata l’unione fra tessuto (1) e forma grafica (2), per fusione ottenuta per induzione di onde elettromagnetiche ad alta frequenza su blocchi metallici (3) con contemporaneo schiacciamento del tessuto (1) e della forma grafica (2), così da ottenere una etichetta (4) poi termotagliata ed allo stesso tempo schiacciata con apporto termico alle fustelle maschio-femmina (5) lungo il contorno esterno (6).
  2. 2) Metodo di produzione per etichette in materiali plastici e prodotto ottenuto prevedente l’uso di tessuto in fibra di poliestere ricoperta in PVC (1), caratterizzato dal fatto che è prevista l’applicazione piana, in rilievo od in basso rilievo, di elementi in PVC (7) da unire alla base in tessuto (1) sempre con fusione con onde elettromagnetiche ad alta frequenza.
  3. 3) Metodo di produzione per etichette in materiali plastici e prodotto ottenuto, come dalla rivendicazione 1, caratterizzato dal fatto che la forma grafica in PVC (2) può essere una scritta, un disegno, un logo o l’abbinamento di due o più di questi elementi.
  4. 4) Metodo di produzione per etichette in materiali plastici e prodotto ottenuto, come dalle rivendicazioni 1 o 2, caratterizzato dal fatto che l’essere termotagliata e schiacciata lungo il contorno esterno (6) rende l’etichetta (4) resistente a sfilacciature perimetrali.
  5. 5) Metodo di produzione per etichette in materiali plastici e prodotto ottenuto, come dalla rivendicazione 1, caratterizzato dal fatto che l’unione della forma grafica (2) al tessuto (1) e la realizzazione del bordo perimetrale (6) in unica fase permette di formare l' etichetta (4) in modo veloce.
  6. 6) Metodo di produzione per etichette in materiali plastici e prodotto ottenuto, come dalle rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzato dal fatto che l’etichetta (4) ottenuta può avere diversità di dimensioni, colorazioni e forme.
