DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION
Nel settore degli accessori per contenere piante e fiori oppure altri oggetti sul davanzale di finestre sono note applicazioni che richiedono forature sul muro e/o fissaggi con viti al fine di collocare l’elemento di protezione per quanto posto sul davanzale. Si verifica, infatti, che per cause accidentali quali colpi di vento, urti involontari di persone od animali, detti oggetti posti sul davanzale possono cadere causando danno a cose o persone presenti sotto il davanzale. Forma oggetto del risultamento un nuovo tipo di dispositivo atto a contenere all’ interno del piano del davanzale quanto presente sul davanzale stesso evitando cadute accidentali degli oggetti. Il risultamento viene a costituire una sponda di protezione in grado di evitare la caduta di oggetti e di adattarsi a tutte le varie tipologie di finestre, purché dotate di guide per tapparelle od analoghe rientranze. La protezione per davanzali di finestre oggetto del risultamento viene ad essere collocata in maniera stabile sul davanzale della finestra senza bisogno di forature, opere murarie od applicazioni con viti. Il trovato viene, infatti, ad essere costituito da elementi telescopici, ovvero a scorrimento e fissaggio ad incastro nelle guide per tapparelle, pur permettendo la completa chiusura della tapparella stessa. Inoltre, il trovato non limita lo scorrimento dell’acqua ma permette un deflusso dell’ acqua piovana o dell’ acqua usata per annaffiare le piante od i fiori in vaso. Esternamente al piano del davanzale l’oggetto del risultamento viene ad essere integrato con l’estetica del palazzo semplicemente abbinando il colore del trovato con il colore delle tapparelle. In una forma di attuazione preferita ma non esclusiva l’oggetto del risultamento comprende un profilato a C 1 dotato di scanalature longitudinali 2. Detto profilato a C 1 presenta asole 3 ed ha bordi in sporgenza disposti lungo la parte inferiore del profilato, in modo tale da sostenere e tenere sollevato di poco il profilo dal piano di appoggio. Nelle scanalature 2 vengono infilate viti 4 di misura leggermente inferiore alla misura delle scanalature stesse. Le viti 4 sono dotate di pomelli 5 nella parte finale disposte quindi esternamente al profilato a C 1 e verso la finestra in cui va applicato il risultamento. Lateralmente al profilato a C 1 vengono disposti ed infilati in maniera telescopica ulteriori profilati a C 6. Detti profilati 6 sono dotati di fori passanti 7 con diametri di misure leggermente superiori ai diametri delle viti 4. All’ interno dei profilati 6 in corrispondenza dei fori 7 vengono disposti dadi 8 con parte interna filettata e con filettatura compatibile con la filettatura delle viti 4. Nella parte estrema ai lati superiori ed inferiori dei profilati 6 sono presenti fori passanti 9. Superiormente ed inferiormente ai fori 9 sono disposte rondelle 10 in nylon e rivetti 11 per permettere il fissaggio del profilato a C trasversale 12 tramite il passaggio dei rivetti 11 nei fori passanti 13. ! profilati a C trasversali 12 sono dotati dì innesto 14 per il bloccaggio nelle guide 15 per tapparelle o per qualsivoglia rientranza atta a garantire un solido e sicuro ancoraggio al risultamento ed impedire spostamenti lungo il davanzale 16. La parte inferiore dei rivetti 11 a contatto con il davanzale 16 unitamente con i bordi in sporgenza delle aste 3 tengono sollevato l’oggetto del risultamento sul davanzale in maniera tale che l’acqua possa fluire oltre il davanzale stesso senza ritenuta di liquido. Per l’assemblaggio del trovato vengono infilati nel profilato 1 i profilati laterali 6 con i dadi 8 posti dietro ai fori passanti 7 e con le viti 4 infilate nelle asole 2 ed avvitate ai dadi 8. Agli estremi dei profilati 1 e 6, disposti in maniera telescopica e adattabili alle misure interne della finestra, vengono fissati i rivetti 11 con le rondelle in nylon 10, così da costituire perni di collegamento dei profilati 6 e 12. I profilati 12 possono quindi ruotare e disporsi perpendicolarmente ai profilati 6 e 1. Per la disposizione del risultamento al davanzale vengono inseriti gli innesti 14 nelle guide 15 per tapparelle od analoghe rientranze. I profilati 1 e 6 vengono quindi adattati alla misura della finestra. Tramite i pomelli 5 vengono serrate le viti 4 ai dadi 8. Il bordo di contenimento ottenuto con il risultamento viene quindi a disporsi in maniera stabile sul davanzale per l’incastro ottenuto con gli innesti 14 nelle guide 15 per tapparelle unitamente alle disposizioni in perpendicolarità del profilato 12 con i profilati 6 e 1 adattati alle misure della parte interna della finestra. Il trovato è illustrato in via puramente indicativa ed in quanto tale non limitativa ai disegni delle Tavole 1, 2 e 3. Alla Tavola 1 la figura 1 è vista in esploso dei componenti del risultamento. Alla Tavola 2 la figura 2 è vista del risultamento assemblato. La figura 3 è vista prospettica di parte del trovato posto su davanzale con innesto disposto nella guida per tapparelle. Infine, alla Tavola 3 la figura 4 è vista frontale delia protezione per davanzali oggetto del risultamento applicata ad una finestra. Nella pratica attuazione del trovato i materiali impiegati nonché la forma e le dimensioni possono essere qualsiasi a secondo delle varie esigenze. The result constitutes a protective edge capable of preventing objects from falling and adapting to all the various types of windows, as long as they are equipped with guides for roller shutters or similar recesses. The resulting protection for window sills is placed stably on the window sill without the need for drilling, masonry or screw applications. The invention is, in fact, constituted by telescopic elements, ie sliding and interlocking fastening elements in the roller shutter guides, while allowing the complete closure of the roller shutter itself. Furthermore, the invention does not limit the flow of water but allows rainwater or water used to water the potted plants or flowers to flow out. Outside the window sill the object of the result is integrated with the aesthetics of the building simply by combining the color of the invention with the color of the shutters. In a preferred but not exclusive embodiment, the object of the result comprises a C-shaped profile 1 equipped with longitudinal grooves 2. Said C-shaped profile 1 has slots 3 and has protruding edges arranged along the lower part of the profile, in such a way to support and keep the profile slightly raised from the support surface. In the grooves 2 screws 4 of a size slightly smaller than the size of the grooves themselves are inserted. The screws 4 are equipped with knobs 5 in the final part therefore arranged externally to the C-shaped profile 1 and towards the window in which the result is to be applied. Further C-shaped sections 6 are arranged and telescopically inserted on the side of the C-shaped section 1. Said sections 6 are equipped with through holes 7 with diameters slightly greater than the diameters of the screws 4. Inside the sections 6 in correspondence with the holes 7 are arranged nuts 8 with internal threaded part and with thread compatible with the threading of the screws 4. In the extreme part at the upper and lower sides of the profiles 6 there are through holes 9. Above and below the holes 9 there are nylon washers 10 and rivets 11 to allow fixing of the transverse C-shaped section 12 by passing the rivets 11 into the through holes 13.! transversal C profiles 12 are equipped with a coupling 14 for locking in the guides 15 for roller shutters or for any recess designed to ensure a solid and safe anchoring to the result and prevent displacements along the window sill 16. The lower part of the rivets 11 in contact with the sill 16 together with the protruding edges of the rods 3 keep the resulting object raised on the sill in such a way that the water can flow beyond the sill itself without retaining liquid. To assemble the invention, the lateral profiles 6 are inserted into the profile 1 with the nuts 8 placed behind the through holes 7 and with the screws 4 inserted in the slots 2 and screwed to the nuts 8. At the ends of the profiles 1 and 6, arranged in in a telescopic manner and adaptable to the internal dimensions of the window, the rivets 11 are fixed with the nylon washers 10, so as to form connection pins of the profiles 6 and 12. The profiles 12 can then rotate and arrange themselves perpendicularly to the profiles 6 and 1. To when the result is placed on the sill, the couplings 14 are inserted in the guides 15 for roller shutters or similar recesses. Profiles 1 and 6 are then adapted to the size of the window. By means of the knobs 5 the screws 4 are tightened to the nuts 8. The containment edge obtained with the result is then arranged in a stable manner on the sill for the interlocking obtained with the couplings 14 in the guides 15 for roller shutters together with the perpendicular arrangements of the profile 12 with profiles 6 and 1 adapted to the measures of the inside of the window. The invention is illustrated purely by way of indication and as such is not limiting to the drawings of Tables 1, 2 and 3. In Table 1, Figure 1 is an exploded view of the components of the result. In Table 2 Figure 2 is a view of the assembled result. Figure 3 is a perspective view of part of the invention placed on a window sill with coupling arranged in the guide for rolling shutters. Finally, in Table 3 Figure 4 is a front view of the sill protection object of the result applied to a window. In the practical embodiment of the invention, the materials used as well as the shape and dimensions can be any according to the various requirements.
