2) Structure of a waving comb as per the preceding claim, characterized in that it comprises a support portion (2) of a plurality of rod-like teeth (3) constituting a comb (1) of a pair of complementary waving combs equipped with a line arch of truncated cone shapes (4) each defining a through hole (5) with a substantially elliptical section within each of which is inserted a respective tooth (3) consisting of a rod (3) with axial hole (6) shaped with a proximally elliptical section connecting with a distally circular section.

3) Structure of a waving comb as per the preceding claims, characterized in that said elliptical seats (5) are oriented in the sense that the major axes of the ellipses respectively described by the relative sections are all parallel.

4) Structure of a waving comb as per the first claim, characterized in that said arched support (2) is structured and shaped to support said teeth (3) in a fan arrangement in any way suitable for the purpose.

5) Structure of a waving comb as per the previous claims, characterized by the fact that the arch of said support (2) has any radius.

6) Structure of a waving comb in fruit and particularly olive harvesting apparatuses as per the preceding claims and substantially as described and illustrated in the attached drawing table as well as for the specified purposes.
