CAMPO DELLA TECNICA FIELD OF TECHNIQUE
La presente invenzione concerne la tecnica costruttiva delle attrezzature per l’assemblaggio di componenti e per eseguire operazioni ausiliarie rientranti nella classificazione internazionale B23q. The present invention relates to the construction technique of equipment for the assembly of components and to perform auxiliary operations falling within the international classification B23q.
STATO DELLA TECNICA STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE
Sono noti diversi tipi di attrezzature per ottimizzare il montaggio di componenti e per eseguire lavorazioni complementari su gruppi meccanici. Nella letteratura brevettuale recente spicca la domanda intemazionale WO 01/19551 Al nella quale è descritta una attrezzatura a portale con colonne fisse equipaggiate con mensole portapezzo girevoli ma non scorrevoli orizzontalmente . In dette attrezzature il gruppo in allestimento rimane fisso e si presenta quindi la necessità di spostare orizzontalmente sia il punzone operativo verticale che il corrispondente sottostante incudine di contrasto. Il problema da risolvere è quello di eliminare detta necessità lasciando fisso il punzone ed il corrispondente contrasto ma facendo scorrere orizzontalmente la mensola per cercare l’allineamento sotto al punzone operativo. Questo perfezionamento consente una semplificazione notevole delle operazioni di allineamento ed una realizzazione pratica delle attrezzature economicamente più vantaggiosa . DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION
L’invenzione viene ora dettagliatamente descritta con riferimento alle figure schematiche dei disegni allegati a titolo di esempio non limitativo. The invention is now described in detail with reference to the schematic figures of the attached drawings by way of non-limiting example.
La figura 1 rappresenta la vista frontale schematica di una realizzazione a due colonne fisse collegate da una traversa e relativo basamento allestiti con tre coppie di attuatori verticali bloccati in posizioni prefissate . E’ evidente che detti attuatori verticali debbono essere bloccati sia sulla traversa che sul basamento. Si nota che in detta figura 1 sono rappresentate due colonne verticali fisse non ancora allestite con gli equipaggi operativi completi di mensole portapezzo scorrevoli orizzontalmente per portare i pezzi in allestimento ad allinearsi con gli attuatori verticali ed i relativi contrasti bloccati sulla traversa e sul basamento . L’evidenza delle figure mette in luce la semplicità e la versatilità funzionale del trovato in oggetto è suscettibile di diverse modalità di realizzazione per quanto riguarda il dimensionamento ed il proporzionamento strutturale che saranno adeguati alle caratteristiche geometriche dei diversi pezzi da manipolare .
