La presente innovazione è relativa ad una sacca per la raccolta e per lo scarico di urina. The present innovation relates to a bag for collecting and discharging urine.

Come è noto in alcune situazioni e per esempio in seguito ad un intervento chirurgico viene utilizzato un dispositivo per la raccolta dell'urina di un paziente. Tale dispositivo comprende un catetere ed una sacca, che possiamo chiamare sacca madre, atta a rimanere attaccata al paziente per un lungo periodo. La sacca madre deve perciò essere svuotata periodicamente tramite un rubinetto accoppiato ad una bocca di uscita ricavata nella sacca madre. Lo svuotamento della sacca madre può poi essere realizzato verso una seconda sacca usa e getta (disposable). Il rubinetto portato dalla sacca madre è normalmente conformato a croce ed è costituito da un primo tubo presentante una prima estremità inserita nella bocca di uscita della sacca madre ed una seconda estremità inserita in un tubo che costituisce la bocca di entrata della seconda sacca. Il rubinetto comprende un secondo tubo con asse longitudinale ortogonale a quello del primo tubo ed atto ad alloggiare un organo otturatore scorrevole lungo il secondo tubo per interrompere o permettere la canalizzazione idraulica lungo il primo tubo. Una volta riempita la seconda sacca, questa prima di essere inviata in discarica deve essere svuotata. Un ultimo inconveniente si riscontra poi durante le operazioni di svuotamento della seconda sacca che prevede il taglio di una parte della seconda sacca per costituire una uscita; data la difficoltà di manipolazione e di supporto della seconda sacca, l'operazione di taglio può comportare la fuoriuscita indesiderata dell'urina ben prima della successiva operazione di svuotamento. CLAIMS 1. Urine collection and discharge bag comprising a container (12) provided with an inlet (17) in hydraulic communication with an outlet (4} of a second bag (2) in turn carried by a patient, characterized by the fact of comprising at least one tab (14) in which at least one through slot (15) is formed, able to be engaged by a protruding portion (7 or 8) of said second bag (2) during the emptying operation of said second bag (2) towards said container (12), so that during this operation the said container (12) is supported by said second bag (2).

2. Bag according to claim 1 characterized in that a tap (5) is installed between said mouths (4 and 17); the said protruding portion (7 or 8) being formed along the said tap (5).

4. Bag according to claim 2 characterized in that it comprises two of said tabs (14) each having at least a first through slot (15); the said tap (5) having two protrusions (7 and 8) suitable for engaging a corresponding said first slot (15).

5. Bag according to claim 4 characterized in that said tab (14) has a second through slot (16) suitable in use to be engaged by said inlet (17).

6. Bag according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises means (18) for closing said inlet (17).
