Forma oggetto del presente trovato un lettino prendisole o sdraio o prodotto similare di concezione innovativa, che possa essere utilizzato sia per esposizione al sole ma anche durante i periodi di riposo in cui si preterisce proteggersi dai raggi solari. Non sono note, allo stato della tecnica, realizzazioni di prodotti similari, ma soltanto alcune invenzioni attinenti l’oggetto del presente trovato ma non tali da inficiarne ì requisiti di novità ed attività inventiva. Ad esempio il Brevetto per invenzione Industriale N. 01294984, che ha per titolo “Telo per sedie a sdraio, lettini prendisole e simili”, descrive un telo per sedie a sdraio, lettini prendisole e simili in cui almeno una parte della superficie del telo esposta al sole è costituita da tessuto che riflette la luce in tutte le direzioni per favorire l’abbronzatura di aree del corpo non direttamente esposte al sole. Il tessuto riflettente è poi vincolato, in modo diretto o indiretto, ad un supporto sempre in tessuto avente la resistenza sufficiente a reggere il peso di una persona. L’idea alla base di quest’invenzione è, evidentemente, differente da quella del presente trovato, che invece vuole dotare il lettino tradizionale di un elemento tale da garantire all’occorrenza ombra su tutta la superficie dello stesso. Un altro esempio è costituito dalla domanda di brevetto per Invenzione Industriale N. 2923/87, che ha per titolo “Elemento o telo di copertura per sedie, sedie a sdraio, lettini da spiaggia e simili”, e descrive un telo di copertura caratterizzato da un aggancio alla struttura di sostegno del tipo “velcro”. Il lettino comprende una struttura di sostegno 2 ed una superficie di appoggio 3 che può essere piana o parzialmente inclinata, secondo le realizzazioni tradizionali dei lettini prendisole. Il lettino è caratterizzato dall’utilizzo di una copertura 4 costituita da un telo filtrante, ovvero da un elemento semplice e poco costoso in termini di produzione. Detta copertura può estendersi sino a ricoprire, all’occorrenza, tutta la superfìcie di appoggio del lettino.
