DESCRIZIONE DI MODELLO DI UTILITÀ
DESCRIZIONE del modello di utilità avente per titolo:
Porta bicchieri per caffè da asporto, prodotto in cartoncino multistrato con chiusura pieghevole a incastro, la quale consente ai bicchierini di incastrarsi in appositi fori, in questo modo i bicchieri stessi diventeranno base di appoggio del trovato stesso.
TESTO DELLA DESCRIZIONE
Porta bicchieri per caffè da asporto, prodotto in cartoncino multistrato dotato di n.6 fori (1) per l'inserimento dei bicchieri per caffè da asporto. Una volta inseriti questi ultimi, chiudendo la parte superiore (2) mediante delle cordonature centrali, (3) i bicchieri vengono bloccati grazie a dei piccoli incastri appositi per la chiusura (4). In questo modo si è costruito un vassoio con 6 piedi, comodo da trasportare e con grande stabilità. Il porta bicchieri è dotato di tratteggi forati (5), i quali ne permettono la divisione e quindi il trasporto che va da 2 a 6 caffè; il prodotto è stato testato anche con caffè di numero dispari (tre o cinque) e il risultato di stabilità è sempre ottimo. Sul mercato esiste un porta bicchieri per caffè da asporto con caratteristiche totalmente differenti, prodotto in materiale plastico e con il semplice funzionamento da contenitore. La suddetta invenzione comporterà un uguale risultato finale al brevetto già esistente ma con il pregio di alleggerire i costi di circa il 70%, di usare solamente materiale cartaceo (quindi riciclato o riciclabile) e di occupare uno spazio ridotto di circa l'80%. In fine per la produzione a livello industriale è di facile realizzazione.

Claims (2)

  1. RIVENDICAZIONI 1) Per prima cosa si rivendica il funzionamento del porta bicchieri da caffè c)a asporto, ovvero: inserendo i bicchieri negli appositi fori e chiudendo la parté superiore, i bicchieri vengono incastrati così da formare i sei piedi del trovai :o stesso , quindi il prodotto da trasportare diventerà parte integrante e indispensabile per la stabilità del modello di utilità.
  2. 2) Si rivendica che il modello di utilità grazie a tratteggi forati, può essere usato per numero di bicchieri che va da un minimo di 2 a un massimo di 6. 3) inoltre si rivendica "qualsiasi" cambiamento del materiale usato per la fabbricazione. 4) Infine si rivendica qualsiasi cambiamento nelle dimensioni, sia dei fori pe l'inserimento dei bicchieri, sia di tutto il trovato stesso, che automaticamente consentiranno al modello di utilità di diventare un porta bicchieri per cappuccini da asporto o bibite in generale.
