Description

Descrizione dell’invenzione avente per titolo “No Pressing System ” Description of the invention entitled "No Pressing System"

TESTO DELLA DESCRIZIONE TEXT OF THE DESCRIPTION

The invention entitled "No Pressing System" consists of a main tube (tav. 04) which houses an internal bush (tav. 03) which is crossed by a tube (ref. Tav. 07) in whose internal section square, larger than the external diameter of the same, it slides but does not turn. A spring is positioned along the tube (A) at the base of the bushing. The tube A (pl.

07) è inserito nel tubo B (tav. 07). 03) è filettata all’interno del cannotto principale (tav. 07) is inserted in tube B (tav. 07). The internal diameter of the tube (B) allows the tube (A) to slide tightly inside it. The internal bushing (table 03) is threaded inside the main tube (table 04), the tube (A) is welded to the main body (table

06). 05), the tube (B) is threaded to the coupling bush (tav. 06).

The system acts as a mechanical pressure regulator since through the main tube, made to rotate, it is possible to adjust the load of the internal spring and thus vary the resistance to a mechanical pressure applied to the first tube (A).

Of course, the shape, materials and construction details may in any case vary according to the needs of the practical application without therefore departing from the scope of the present invention.

Claims (2)

CLAIMS: 1) System of two sliding tubes, one inside the other, characterized by a spring mechanism with variable load through a threaded bush inside a main tube. An essential element for a correct setting is the very low level of pressure of the mouthpiece on the lips, the tendency of all brass instrument players to press on the lips stems from the fact that in order to vibrate them (in the sound production in these instruments they act as reeds double), the musician must keep the lips themselves very close in such a way that the air, passed through at a certain pressure, can stimulate them and cause the vibration, hence the sound, to arise. In fact, by pressing with the mouthpiece, the lips close slightly but it is only a palliative, since in reality immediately afterwards you find yourself with sore lips and with reduced blood circulation, compromising, in the long run, the "health" of the teeth and of the lips themselves. Through the "No Pressing System" which can be used as a mouthpiece (the mouthpiece of the instrument is inserted in the central body table 05), with a retractable interior thanks to a spring with variable load. The spring in the rest position will give a length of the natural tuned tube (with the A at 440 Hz), when the instrument is pressed towards the lips, the spring will be stressed and will allow the internal torch to retract and thus shorten it. the total length. The level of pressure applied will not only be viewable but also audible as a change in pitch will result. The system can be used both as a settling coach or applied to brass instruments, temporarily eliminating the original torch of the instrument by connecting it to the main bore. The study with the "Pressing System" has as its purpose the prevention of professional diseases in brass musicians allowing them to obtain a correct sound emission, sound quality, elasticity of the lips, strengthening of the physiological mask (facial and lip muscles) therefore a better endurance in executive performance
