La presente domanda di brevetto per modello di utilità ha per oggetto una barra da impiegare per il collegamento delle facce interne delle fiancate dei mobili scolapiatti di tipo pensile, utilizzati nell’ambito delle cucine componibili; tale barra si caratterizza per il fatto di presentare una o più nicchie capaci di alloggiare ermeticamente rispettive lampade destinate ad illuminare lo spazio sottostante agli stessi pensili scolapiatti. This utility model patent application relates to a bar to be used for connecting the internal faces of the sides of the wall-mounted dish drainer furniture, used in the field of modular kitchens; this bar is characterized by the fact that it has one or more niches capable of hermetically housing respective lamps intended to illuminate the space underneath the dish drainer wall units.

Come è noto nelle cucine componibili da qualche è tempo è invalso l’uso di applicare piccole plafoniere al di sotto dei mobili pensili al fine di ottenere l’illuminazione del piano di lavoro a questi sottostante; finora però non risulta che i modelli di cucina attualmente in commercio abbiano mai montato lampade al di sotto dei pensili scolapiatti. As is known in modular kitchens, the use of applying small ceiling lights underneath the wall units in order to obtain the illumination of the worktop below them has been common for some time now; so far, however, it does not appear that the kitchen models currently on the market have ever mounted lamps under the dish drainer wall units.

La ragione di tale lacuna è probabilmente duplice: da un lato essa è dipesa dal fatto che i pensili scolapiatti sono privi della parete di fondo e quindi della superficie più favorevole per l’applicazione delle lampade; dall’altro lato dalla circostanza che al di sotto di qualsiasi pensile scolapiatti si determina un abbondante gocciolamento d’acqua certamente poco compatibile con la presenza di ima normale plafoniera con la relativa lampadina. The reason for this gap is probably twofold: on the one hand it depended on the fact that the dish drainer wall units lack the back wall and therefore the most favorable surface for the application of the lamps; on the other hand, by the fact that under any dish drainer wall unit there is an abundant dripping of water, certainly not very compatible with the presence of a normal ceiling light with its bulb.

La Società titolare della presente domanda di brevetto, convinta dell’ importanza tecnico-pratica di realizzare un’efficace illuminazione anche dello spazio presente al di sotto dei pensili scolapiatti, si è impegnata già da qualche tempo nello studio del problema. The company that holds this patent application, convinced of the technical-practical importance of achieving effective lighting even in the space under the dish drainer wall units, has been involved for some time in studying the problem.

In particolare l’obiettivo che essa intende perseguire è quello di riuscire ad incorporare una o più plafoniere in corrispondenza della zona inferiore ad un pensile scolapiatti in presenza di due precise condizioni: la prima è quella di non modificare la struttura convenzionale di un pensile scolapiatti, la seconda è quella di ottenere un alloggiamento delle lampade assolutamente ermetico e quindi totalmente sicuro dal punto di vista funzionale ed antinfortunistico. MC97U000001) relativa ad una piastra - del tipo di quelle montate usualmente sulle fiancate inteme di un pensile scolapiatti per il supporto dei componenti interni del pensile medesimo - che si caratterizza per il fatto di incorporare una nicchia ermetica dotata di una parete di chiusura trasparente, perfettamente idonea ad alloggiare una lampada per l' illuminazione dello spazio sottopensile. In this perspective, the applicant company has already filed a patent application (registered with the number MC97U000001) relating to a plate - of the type usually mounted on the internal sides of a dish drainer wall unit to support the internal components of the wall unit itself - which is characterized by the fact of incorporating a hermetic niche with a transparent closing wall, perfectly suitable for housing a lamp for the lighting of the under-cabinet space.

Detta piastra è stata studiata anche al fine di alloggiare, altrettanto ermeticamente, i fili ed i contatti elettrici necessari all' alimentazione della lampada medesima. Said plate has also been studied in order to house, just as hermetically, the wires and the electrical contacts necessary for the power supply of the lamp itself.

Proseguendo con la propria attività di studio e ricerca, la stessa Società ha progettato più recentemente la barra oggetto della presente domanda di brevetto. Come è noto ogni pensile scolapiatti di tipo tradizionale, essendo privo della parete di fondo, adotta internamente una o due barre longitudinali che hanno il compito di collegame le fiancate e quindi di irrigidire l’intera struttura del mobile. As it is known, every traditional type dish drainer wall unit, having no back wall, internally adopts one or two longitudinal bars which have the task of connecting the sides and therefore stiffening the entire structure of the furniture.

Dette barre sono dislocate alla medesima altezza, in prossimità del fondo aperto del pensile medesimo, tant’è che spesso sono utilizzate anche per il supporto del cestello scolapiatti vero e proprio. These bars are located at the same height, near the open bottom of the wall unit itself, so much so that they are often also used to support the actual dish drainer basket.

Ebbene l’idea alla base della presente invenzione è stata quella di realizzare lungo una barra di collegamento del tipo anzidetto una o più nicchie (in pratica altrettante piccole plafoniere) atte ad alloggiare rispettive lampade. Evidentemente ciascuna di queste nicchie deve essere attrezzata con i mezzi di aggancio per la relativa lampada e con i contatti elettrici per l' alimentazione della stessa, mentre rermeticità di simili nicchie è garantita dall’adozione di una paretina trasparente frontale. Va notato peraltro che tradizionalmente la barre del tipo in questione sono di struttura tubolare, ciò significa che esse dispongono di una cavità assiale che può essere sfruttata convenientemente per l’alloggiamento, pure ermetico, dei cavetti elettrici necessari per l’alimentazione delle lampade montate nelle nicchie anzidette. Con riferimento alle figure allegate, il manufatto secondo il trovato consiste in una barra tubolare (1) per il collegamento della faccia interna delle fiancate (F) di un pensile scolapiatti. Lungo la medesima barra (1) è prevista l’asportazione di due tratti della parete frontale, sì da determinare l’apertura di due nicchie (2) entro cui possano essere alloggiate rispettive lampadine (L), insieme con i relativi mezzi di ancoraggio ed i contati di alimentazione. Come anticipato entro ciascuna nicchia (2) debbono essere previsti anche i mezzi di aggancio per la rispettiva lampada (L), così come i relativi contatti elettrici, mentre i cavetti di alimentazione possono essere facilmente fatti passare all’ interno della struttura tubolare della barra medesima (1). E’ appena il caso di precisare che la barra secondo il trovato (1) può essere fissata direttamente contro la faccia interna delle fiancate di un pensile scolapiatti oppure ad una delle apposite piastre in plastica stampata (P) che spesso vengono applicate sulla faccia interna delle stesse fiancate, proprio al fine di consentire il montaggio delle barre tubolari di irrigidimento. Come è noto simili piastre (P) hanno il compito di fungere da supporto sia per le barre tubolari di collegamento, che per il vassoio raccogli-gocce e la griglia scolapiatti vera e propria. Claims

CLAIMS 1) Bar for connecting the sides of dish-draining cabinets, characterized in that it has one or more niches (2) equipped with the coupling means for respective light bulbs (L) and with the relative electrical contacts.

2) Bar for connecting the sides of dish drainer furniture, according to claim 1, characterized in that the aforementioned niches (2) are closed by respective hermetic transparent covers (3).

3) Bar for connecting the sides of dish drainer furniture, according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the longitudinal edges that delimit the mouth of each niche (2) at the bottom and top have respective lips (2a) folded backwards, suitable to be coupled with the lips folded forward (3a) of a transparent hermetic lid (3).
