La presente domanda di breveto per invenzione industriale ha per oggeto un espositore portatile a più fogli incernierati assieme a mo’ di libro. The present patent application for industrial invention relates to a portable display with multiple sheets hinged together as a book.

Come è noto attualmente qualsiasi attività di vendita presuppone preventivamente la possibilità di mostrare la merce ai potenziali clienti. As is currently known, any sales activity presupposes in advance the possibility of showing the goods to potential customers.

Questa regola vale sicuramente anche nel setore degli articoli da pavimentazione in legno; in questo senso si può certo affermare che un eventuale consumatore non decida quale tipo di parquet acquistare se non dopo averne valutato l’aspeto esteriore e persino la struttura costrutiva. This rule is certainly also valid in the sector of wooden flooring articles; in this sense, it can certainly be said that a potential consumer does not decide which type of parquet to buy unless after evaluating the external appearance and even the construction structure.

Ebbene in questo senso si può dire che finora le liste in legno vengono esposte secondo soddisfacenti modalità nell’ambito di espositori fissi, dislocati magari presso gli esercizi destinati alla vendita. Well, in this sense, it can be said that so far the wooden slates are exhibited according to satisfactory methods in the context of fixed displays, perhaps located in the shops intended for sale.

Non altrettanto si può dire invece con riferimento alle forme con cui gli stessi prodotti sono esibiti al domicilio di un potenziale acquirente, sia esso consumatore finale o anche un commerciante al minuto. The same cannot be said, however, with reference to the ways in which the same products are exhibited at the home of a potential buyer, be it a final consumer or even a retail trader.

In effetti a tutt’oggi le liste da pavimentazione vengono mostrate a questi ultimi potenziali acquirenti secondo modalità piuttosto empiriche o certamente poco accattivanti: talvolta addirittura sottoponendo alla stessa clientela direttamente un esemplare di tali manufatti senza alcun supporto espositivo. In fact, to date the flooring lists are shown to the latter potential buyers in a rather empirical or certainly not very appealing way: sometimes even by directly submitting to the same clientele a specimen of these artifacts without any display support.

Ebbene quest’ultima situazione contribuisce a pregiudicare la stabilità dell’accoppiamento tra il supporto di cartone ed il manufatto in legno incollato su di esso, penalizzando non poco la buona riuscita dell’esposizione delle anzidette liste in legno da pavimentazione. Il manufatto secondo il trovato è stato studiato proprio allo scopo di ottenere ottimali modalità di esibizione a domicilio di manufatti di struttura lineare, preferibilmente liste in legno da pavimentazione, ma certamente non solo quelle. L’espositore in parola reca sostanzialmente la forma di un album a più pagine; la sua peculiarità consiste tuttavia nel fatto che tali pagine siano realizzate in fogli metallici di considerevole rigidità e stabilità, ma anche di peso piuttosto limitato. The exhibitor in question basically bears the form of a multi-page album; its peculiarity, however, consists in the fact that these pages are made of metal sheets of considerable rigidity and stability, but also of rather limited weight.

In questo senso un materiale quanto mai adatto per realizzare efficacemente l’espositore in parola, peraltro con risultati molto apprezzabili anche sotto il profilo estetico, è certamente l’alluminio. In this sense, an extremely suitable material to effectively create the exhibitor in question, moreover with very appreciable results also from an aesthetic point of view, is certainly aluminum.

Come sarà chiarito nel prosieguo della descrizione, le liste in legno possono essere applicate a tali fogli metallici secondo diverse modalità: non solo grazie a normali tecniche di incollaggio reciproco, ma anche sfruttando particolari finestre o particolari vani all’uopo realizzati sugli stessi fogli metallici. Peraltro va osservato che la particolare struttura di tali fogli metallici ha imposto lo studio e la progettazione di una particolare cerniera multipla, capace non solo di “rilegare” i vari fogli metallici a mo’ di “album”, ma anche di assicurare all’eventuale utente la possibilità di aprire a 180° due fogli consecutivi di tale “album”. Per favorire il trasporto dell’ espositore in parola è stato previsto poi di realizzare su ciascuno dei fogli, in posizione contrapposta al bordo incernierato, un pratico intaglio fungente da manìglia, destinato a rendere più agevole la manipolazione ed il trasporto del medesimo manufatto. Con riferimento alle figure 1, 2 e 3, l’espositore in parola è composto da un “pacchetto” di fogli metallici (1, 2 e 3), fungenti in pratica da pagine, rilegati assieme ed apribili a libro grazie a particolari cerniere (4) fissate in corrispondenza di uno dei loro bordi longitudinali; essendo previsto che su ciascuno di tali pagine sia realizzata un’asola centrale (5), fungente da maniglia di presa, dislocata in posizione appena più interna rispetto al bordo longitudinale contrapposto a quello di incemieramento. In una seconda versione costruttiva (2) una delle anzidette pagine consiste nel medesimo foglio di lamiera metallica che reca però una finestra centrale (2a); in questo caso le liste da pavimentazione (o magari qualsiasi altro manufatto di struttura laminare) possono essere insediate ad incastro entro detta finestra (2 a). In a second constructive version (2) one of the aforementioned pages consists of the same sheet of metal plate which however has a central window (2a); in this case the flooring strips (or perhaps any other laminar structure artifact) can be inserted by interlocking inside said window (2 a).

A tale scopo occorre realizzare sui fianchi delle medesime liste (L) una scanalatura perimetrale capace di accogliere esattamente con un certo forzamento - realizzando in pratica un accoppiamento a maschio e femmina - i bordi (2b) che delimitano perimetralmente la medesima finestra (2a). For this purpose it is necessary to create on the sides of the same strips (L) a perimeter groove capable of receiving exactly with a certain forcing - practically making a male and female coupling - the edges (2b) that define the perimeter of the same window (2a).

Ciascuna delle liste esterne è per l’appunto accoppiata ”a maschio e femmina” su tre lati (quello longitudinale esterno ed i due trasversali) con i bordi (2b) della stessa finestra (2a); la lista centrale risulta invece sostenuta dalla coppia di liste esterne (L) grazie ad apposite linguette (T) incassate per metà sulle scanalature longitudinali della lista centrale e per metà nell’adiacente scanalatura di ciascun lista esterna. In una terza versione costruttiva (3) una delle anzidette pagine (preferibilmente le pagine impiegate quali prima e/o seconda copertina) consiste in un foglio metallico modellato in maniera tale da presentare un tratto centrale longitudinale ribassato (3a); in pratica si tratta di un vero e proprio vano capace di far assumere alla medesima pagina (3) la struttura di un vassoio e preposto ad accogliere una o più liste in legno o qualsiasi altri affine manufatto di struttura laminare. In a third constructive version (3) one of the aforementioned pages (preferably the pages used as first and / or second cover) consists of a metal sheet shaped in such a way as to have a lowered longitudinal central section (3a); in practice it is a real compartment capable of making the same page (3) assume the structure of a tray and designed to accommodate one or more wooden strips or any other similar laminar structure product.

Tuttavia le stesse intrinseche proprietà elastiche di tali listelli (3b) fanno sì che questi tendano a contrastare tale interferenza nel tentativo di recuperare il loro assetto normale; in tal modo essi scaricano una spinta contrapposta piuttosto energica contro le due estremità longitudinali della lista in legno che ha l’effetto di serrare la medesima all’intemo del vano di alloggiamento (3a). In tale ottica risulta peraltro chiaro come l’estrazione manuale della medesima lista risulti comunque estremamente agevole da effettuare, nel momento in cui magari si voglia esaminare non solo la superficie del manufatto ma anche la sua intera struttura; un’energica trazione della lista verso l’alto è sufficiente a liberarne le due estremità longitudinali dall’abbraccio degli anzidetti listelli in gomma (3b). Come anticipato i fogli metallici in questione sono “rilegati” tramite una particolare cerniera multipla (4) di struttura modulare, nel senso che essa si avvale di due soli componenti di base che possono essere assemblati di volta in volta nel numero di esemplari desiderati in base al numero di fogli metallici da “rilegare”. A tale proposito va osservato infatti che su tale costolina (9c) sono direttamente previste due sedi, separate da un’orecchiola forata (9e), atte ad alloggiare le solite bielle di collegamento (8) ed a consentirne il fulcraggio tramite il solito pemetto (8a) che attraversa le spondine di estremità (9d) della stessa costolina (9c), l’orecchiola forata intermedia (9e) ed i fori realizzati alle estremità delle stesse bielle (8). Claims

CLAIMS 1) Multi-sheet metal portable display, characterized by the fact of adopting sheets (1) and / or sheets (2) and / or sheets (3) joined together, like a book, through one or more multiple hinges; it being expected that the first page model is made up of a sheet of metal sheet (1) which has a central slot (5) in a slightly more internal position with respect to the longitudinal edge opposite to that of the hinging; since the second page model is envisaged to consist of a sheet of metal sheet (2) in the center of which a large window (2a) is made and which has a central slot (5) in a position slightly more internal than the edge longitudinal as opposed to that of hinging; since the third page model is envisaged to consist of a sheet of metal sheet (3) equipped with a lowered longitudinal central section (3 a) at the ends of which two rather soft rubber strips (3b) are to be placed transversely and fixed, as well as a central slot (5) in a slightly more internal position with respect to the longitudinal edge opposite to the hinging edge.

2) Multi-sheet metal portable display, according to claim 1, characterized in that the multiple hinge adopted (4) has a modular structure obtained by joining together, in the desired number of specimens and thanks to suitable connecting rods (8), two basic elements, namely: • a first relay (6), with an almost U-shaped section, consisting of two opposing perforated fins (6a), separated by a narrow intermediate notch (6b), and by a rear stiffening rib (6c); being provided, on the external face of said fins (6a), the presence of two longitudinal sets (6e), each provided with a through hole in correspondence of its rear end; it being provided that these holes in the silks (6e) are aligned exactly with a hole made on an ear (6f) projecting from the aforementioned rib (6c) at each side of the bracket (6); finally, it being provided that the aforementioned seti (6e) and the orecchiola interposed to them (6f) give rise, on each side of the bracket (6), to two consecutive seats designed to accommodate exactly two connecting rods side by side (8) pivoted within these seats by means of a common pin (8a), which, in addition to passing through the holes provided thereon, simultaneously passes through the holes in the baffles (6e) and the hole in the latch (6f); a second bracket (9), also with an almost "U" section, consisting of two opposing perforated fins (9a), separated by a narrow intermediate notch (9b), and by a rear stiffening rib (9c); it being provided that this rib (9c) is equipped at the ends with two perforated sides (9d) and centrally with a perforated ear (9e), which together give rise to two consecutive seats designed to accommodate exactly two connecting rods (8) pivoted within these seats by means of a common pin (8a), which, in addition to passing through the holes provided on them, simultaneously passes through the holes in the side panels (9d) and the hole in the ear piece (9e).
