La presente domanda di brevetto per invenzione industriale ha per oggetto una passerella per la salita e la discesa da imbarcazioni, la quale è stata ideata per agevolare in particolar modo i disabili. Claims

CLAIMS 1. Gangway (1) for boarding and alighting from boats comprising a fixed frame (2) and a mobile frame (3), in which the mobile frame (3) is sliding with respect to the fixed frame (2) from a first condition in which it is at least partially inserted inside the fixed frame (2), and a second condition in which the mobile frame (3) is at least partly free to oscillate with respect to the fixed frame (2).

Gangway (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that said movable frame (3), in said first condition, is integrally housed inside said fixed frame (2).

Walkway (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said fixed frame (2) comprises two longitudinal longitudinal members (21), joined by a plurality of transverse strengthening crosspieces (22).

4. Gangway (1) according to claim 3, characterized in that said longitudinal side members (21) have a "C" section with the concavities facing each other, so as to generate a sliding guide for said mobile frame (3).

Gangway (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said movable frame (3) comprises a support part (31) and a pivoting part (32) hinged to said support part (31), and wherein said support part (31) is adapted to remain inside said sliding guide of said fixed frame (2) in said first and said second condition.

6. Gangway (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that said pivoting part (32) comprises two shoulder elements (33) joined by several transverse elements (34), and in which said transverse elements (34) are suitable to generate a support for a walkway (8) and / or sides (9).

Walkway (1) according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that said pivoting part (32) and said supporting part (31) of the mobile frame (3) are hinged with hinges (36) having a horizontal rotation axis .

Gangway (1) according to claim 5, 6 or 7, characterized in that it comprises a main hydraulic piston (4), fixed between said fixed frame (2) and said support part (31), so as to extend or retracting said pivoting part (32) from its housing inside the fixed frame (2).
