R I A S S U N T O SUMMARY

La presente domanda ha per oggetto un dispositivo per l’introduzione selettiva di diverse tipologie di cartone, il quale risulta essere costituito da almeno un attuato re interagente con una unità motrice od una eventuale unità di rinvio del moto. The present application relates to a device for the selective introduction of different types of cardboard, which appears to be made up of at least one actuator interacting with a drive unit or a possible motion transmission unit.

Queste unità consentono di trasmettere il moto in corrispondenza di almeno un mezzo per la abilitazione selettiva della movimentazione delle diverse tipologie di cartone permettendo così una rapida ed agevole predeterminazione delle stesse a consentire il carimento automatico delle medesime. La presente domanda ha per oggetto un dispositivo atto a consentire l’introduzione selettiva di diverse tipologie di cartone in corrispondenza di una stazione di adduzione di una macchina. The present application relates to a device designed to allow the selective introduction of different types of cardboard in correspondence with a feeding station of a machine.

Oggi giorno sono infatti note delle macchine atte ad effettuare più lavorazioni su cartone ondulato. In fact, machines are now known which are suitable for carrying out several processes on corrugated cardboard.

A riguardo la medesima richiedente ha presentato in data 14.03.1986 una domanda di brevetto per invenzione industriale N. In this regard, the same applicant submitted on 14.03.1986 a patent application for industrial invention No.

82515 A/86 concesso in data 10.02.1988 con N. 1189851 inerente una macchina automatica per la lavorazione della carta ondulata costituita da una prima stazione di adduzione multipla del cartone ondulato con possibilità di larghezze diverse, una seconda stazione di inserimento del calore ondulato, una terza stazione per il taglio del cartone, una quarta stazione per la cordonatura del cartone, una quinta stazione per la fustellatura del cartone ed una sesta stazione per l'estrazione del cartone e per l'eventuale incollaggio e piegatura delle alette risultanti dalla lavorazione. 82515 A / 86 granted on 10.02.1988 with No. 1189851 concerning an automatic machine for the processing of corrugated paper consisting of a first station for multiple feeding of the corrugated cardboard with the possibility of different widths, a second station for inserting the corrugated heat, a third station for cardboard cutting, a fourth station for cardboard creasing, a fifth station for cardboard punching and a sixth station for cardboard extraction and for the possible gluing and folding of the flaps resulting from the processing.

In tale soluzione si è quindi prevista una stazione di adduzione del cartone comprendente un telaio portante ai cui longheroni laterali risultavano fulcrati folli gli alberi di tre rotoli costituiti ciascuno da del cartone ondulato presentante larghezza diversa e/o lunghezza diversa. Così, ad esempio, in figura 2 è illustrata una seconda forma realizzativa in cui l'unità motrice 111, comprendente un unico motore 113, risulta ancora costituita da una prima coppia di puleggie 112a e 112b, una delle quali risulta essere se stessa parte di una unità di rinvio 126 del moto in corrispondenza di un mezzo per la abilitazione della movimentazione del primo cartone 102 o del secondo cartone 104. Claims

2) Device for the selective introduction of two different types of cardboard, such as for example a first cardboard unwound from roll and a second cardboard folded several times like an accordion e known in the industry as "continuous form", or "endless cardboard" as well as cardboard sheets joined one after the other, such as to claim 1 which is characterized in that it is positioned below said roll while, on the sides, said second cardboard and a first shelf forming part of a machine adjacent to the device are positioned, such as for example a cardboard processing machine, said device comprising at least one actuator consisting of a piston whose body is articulated at one end to a suitable support and whose stem is also articulated in correspondence with the median area of a first bar of a drive unit.

3) Device as per claims 1 and 2 which is characterized by the fact that said drive unit is constituted by a first pair of pulleys, connected by said first bar, one of which is powered by a single motor, whose shaft rotates in both directions , the mechanical connection between said first pair of pulleys being obtained by means of a suitable first belt or first chain interacting with a predisposed presser elastically associated with said first bar.

4) Device as per claims 1 and 3 which is characterized by the fact that said piston and drive unit are positioned below said first shelf with one of said first pair of idle pivoted pulleys in correspondence with suitable supports to allow the activation of said piston, the lifting of said drive unit which passes from an arrangement, at rest, vertical to one, in operation, horizontal in such a way as to transmit the motion in correspondence with said means for the selective enabling of the movement of said first or second cardboard.

5) Device according to claims 1 and 4 which is characterized in that said means is constituted by a second pair of pulleys rotatably supported at the ends of a second bar, the same being interconnected by means of a second belt or second chain.

6) Device as per claims 1 and 5 which is characterized by the fact that one of said second pair of pulleys is pivoted idly in correspondence with a predisposed support in an area above said drive unit, the latter thus transmitting the given motion. interaction between said first belt or first chain and second belt or second chain, said transmission being facilitated by the presence of said presser.

7) Device as per claims 1 and 6 which is characterized in that a first roller is associated in correspondence with one of said second pair of pulleys, interacting in two limit positions respectively with a second and a third roller, both rotatably pivotally idle in correspondence of predisposed supports.

8) Device as claimed in claims 1 and 7 which is characterized in that said first roller does not interact directly with the surfaces of said second and third rollers, resulting in interposed respectively said second and first cardboard.

9) Device as per claims 1 and 8 which is characterized by the fact that said first cardboard is approached to said third roller thanks to the presence of a pair of guides suitable for conveying the same in correspondence with said adjacent first shelf.

10) Device according to claims 1 and 9 which is characterized in that said second cardboard rests on the lateral surface of said second roller and therefore on a predisposed second shelf adjacent to said first shelf.

11) Device as per claims 1 and 10 which is characterized by the fact that the interaction between said first roller and second cardboard takes place with the arrangement of said drive unit in an approximately horizontal position, the transmission of motion to said first roller by imposing a displacement to said second carton either in the direction of said first shelf, or in the opposite direction, for example to free said first shelf before the first carton advances.

12) Device as per claims 1 and 11 which is characterized by the fact that to achieve the advancement of said first carton, a further outflow is required from said rod of said piston, thus achieving a further rotation of said drive unit, thus making it interact with said first bar with an inferiorly projecting rod with a shoe slidingly associated with said above second bar of said second pair of pulleys, said first roller thus interacting with said first cardboard which, pressed between said first and third roller, is pushed through said pair of pulleys guides, at the first shelf.

13) Device according to claims 1 and 12 which is characterized in that said presser, elastically supported to said first bar, allows to maintain the optimal transmission of motion from said first belt or first chain to said second belt or second chain.

14) Device as per one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized by the fact that, in a further embodiment, said drive unit is constituted by a first pair of pulleys, one of which is itself part of a transmission unit of the motion in correspondence with a means for enabling the movement of said first or second cardboard.

15) Device as per claims 1 and 14 which is characterized by the fact that said transmission unit comprises a first bar at the ends pivoted to one of said first pair of pulleys and to one of said second pair of pulleys constituting said means for enabling selection of the cardboard said second pair of pulleys being interconnected by means of a second bar.

16) Device according to claims 1 and 15 which is characterized in that said first and second bars are hinged together at one end, said second bar being arranged according to a plane perpendicular to said second shelf.

17) Device as per claims 1 and 16 which is characterized by the fact that a first roller is keyed to one of said pair of second pulleys, having a pin sliding in correspondence with a predisposed inclined plane forming an acute angle with said second cardboard in the direction opposite to said first shelf.

18) Device according to claims 1 and 17 which is characterized in that the end of a piston rod is pivoted in correspondence with said first bar, also arranged perpendicular to said second shelf.

19) Device as per claims 1 and 18 which is characterized in that said piston imposes a displacement on said first and second bar which leads, upon lifting of said first bar, said first roller to interact with said first carton in correspondence with said third roller and, upon lowering of said first bar, to the interaction of said first roller with said second cardboard at said second roller due to the presence of said sliding pin at said inclined plane.

20) Device as per one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized in that, in a further embodiment, said piston has a body, pivoted at one end to a fixed element, and an associated rod at a first bar at the ends of which a first pair of pulleys is pivoted, the motion of which is supplied to them by a suitable motorized roller.

21) Device as per claims 1 and 20 which is characterized by the fact that the actuation of said piston forces the rotation of said first bar with respect for example to the pivot axis of one of said first pair of pulleys, this rotation bringing the the other between said first pair of pulleys to interact with a third pulley adapted to provide motion to a predisposed underlying dragging roller and: interacting with a sheet of cardboard, for example obtained from a roll, sheet or continuous module, also called "endless cardboard ", as well as cardboard sheets joined one after the other.

22) Device as per claims 1 and 21 which is characterized by the fact that on the opposite side to said drive roller there is a second, idle roller, able to allow the cardboard to be dragged by said drive roller itself, said roller and second roller being able to be pivoted in correspondence with a predisposed lift or translator and therefore be the same reported sequentially in correspondence with the same vertical or horizontal axis so as to be able to provide motion to that between said pairs of dragging rollers and second roller presenting the desired type of cardboard.

23) Device according to one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized by what is described and illustrated in the attached drawings.
