"CHIUSURA PER COLLANE, BRACCIALI ED ALTRI ARTICOLI DI GIOIELLERIA E BIGIOTTERIA" "CLOSURE FOR NECKLACES, BRACELETS AND OTHER JEWELERY AND COSTUME JEWELERY ITEMS"

La presente invenzione concerne una chiusura per collane, bracciali ed altri articoli di gioielleria e bigiotteria, la quale offre diverse ed importanti particolarità tecniche rispetto alle realizzazioni conosciute finora aventi le stesse finalità. Inoltre, la struttura di tale chiusura permette l’appplicazione di elementi ornamentali che armonizzino con i rispettivi pezzi dì bigiotteria a di gioielleria, e quanto alla sicurezza di questi ultimi, la stessa è garantita dall’adozione di un sistema di agganciamento efficace collocato nelle due parti (maschio e femmina) che costituiscono il dispositivo suddetta. In vista di tale scopo, la presente invenzione provvede una chiusura per collane, bracciali ed altri articoli di gioielleria e bigiotteria, di tipo ad innesta ed essenzialmente caratterizzata da ciò, che il componente femmina è costituito da due parti di materiale, forma e dimensioni variabili, preferibilmente aventi uguale contorno, collegate tra di loro mediante un’articolazione a guisa di cerniera e soggette alla tensione di un mezzo elastica interna che, in fase di riposo, mantiene chiuso il dispositivo, essendo provvisti sulla faccia interna di dette due parti dei mezzi appropriati di ingressa, di guida e di ritegno automatico dell’elemento maschio, costituito da una piastrina convenientemente profilata, che, così come una di dette due parti della femmina, è provvista di conveniente anello di aggancia ad una rispettiva estremità dell'articolo di gioielleria o di bigiotteria da chiudere. - La Fig. 2 corrisponde ad una vista in pianta della figura 1* ma nella quale è stato aggiunto l’elemento maschio della medesima chiusura; ;- La Fig. 3 illustra in elevazione laterale il dispositivo secando l'invenzione, allo stato di chiusura; ;- La Fig. 4 è una vista in sezione, in scala maggiore, che illustra chiaramente la struttura interna della chiusura. ;Con riferimento ai disegni, l’oggetto della presente invenzione comprende, nella sua parte femmina (Fig. 1), due parti piane regolabili, 1 e E, aventi preferibilmente uguale contorno e datate entrambe di una cavità esterna 3 e A, nella quale si introduce e fissa qualsiasi motivo ornamentale 5 e 6, che può essere una perla, una pietra preziosa o sìmili, così come appare in dettaglio nella figura 4 ingrandita. ;Nella loro faccia opposta o interna· le parti 1 e 2 presentano rispettive nervature 7 e 8, le prime provviste ciascuna di un orifizio 9 e le seconde provviste ciascuna di perni interni 10· come risulta in figura 2; e ciò per costituire una articolazione a cerniera nella parte femmina qui descritta. Una delle parti suddette· ad esempio la 1, presenta un anello di estremità Ile nella faccia interna incavata (opposta rispetta a quella decorativa menzionata) sono provvisti un cassettina mediana 12 e delle guide longitudinali 13. L’altra parte 2 è provvista· sempre nella sua faccia interna· di un risalto a ferma 14 avente un bordo d’ingresso smussato (Fig. ;Il componente maschio è costituito (Fig.2) da una piastrina biforcata 15 con una rientranza di fondo a bissilo 16, un orifizio 17 in corrispondenza del fermo 14 ed un anello 18 che allo stesso modo dello 11 è fissato ad una rispettiva estremità della collana· bracciale o simili· come indicato con linee a tratteggia 19. ;Carne mezza elastico per la chiusura ed apertura del dispositivo suddetto è adattata una molla monofila 20 (Fig. 1) che è alloggiata nel cassettino 12 (Fig. 4) ed è disposta in modo che· in posizione di riposo· mantiene premuta la chiusura, come visibile in Fig. 3. ;Il funzionamento della chiusura descritta può riassumersi nei seguenti punti: ;Mediante l’azione della molla 20, il dispositivo si mantiene chiuso per l’effetto di leva (Fig. 3), poiché la pressione di espansione si esercita sulla parte opposta a quella di ingresso dell’elemento maschia 15. ;L’introduzione di quest’ultimo per l’aggancio si realizza semplicemente spingendo la piastrina 15, affinchè scorra lungo le guide 13, dopo che il bordo smussata 16 è passata al di sopra del bordo a bisello del fermo 14, il quale si trova nell'apertura di entrata dell'insieme. Lo scorrimento si conclude quando detto fermo 14 penetra dentro l’orifizio 17 della parte 15, con l’effetto di un dente di arresto. Ciò dà luogo all'agganciamento perfetto delle parti maschio e femmina della chiusura, rendendone impassibile l’apertura involontaria. L’apertura desiderata è molto semplice, poiché basta effettuare una pressione manuale sulla zona posteriore della chiusura (si vedano le frecce dirette l’una verso l’altra nella figura 4) per vincere la tensione della molla 20 e liberare la piastrina maschio 15 così da estrarla facilmente dalla parte femmina. CLAIMS 1. Closure for necklaces, bracelets and other articles of jewelery and costume jewelery, of the type consisting of two parts, one female and the other male, conveniently joined at the ends of a corresponding item of jewelery and costume jewelery, characterized by the fact that the female component consists of two parts of material, variable shape and size, preferably having the same outline, connected to each other by means of a hinge-like joint and subject to the tension of an internal elastic means which, in the rest phase, keeps closed the device, being provided on the inner face of said two parts with appropriate means for entering, guiding and automatically retaining the male element, consisting of a suitably profiled plate, which, like one of said two parts of the female, is provided with a convenient hooking ring to a respective end of the jewelery or costume jewelery item to be closed.
