RIASSUNTO SUMMARY
Procedimento per ottenere su un'unica pellicola la riproduzione di una parte di scheletro e il profilo dei tessuti molli a esso relativi e dispositivo per la sua attuazione da impiegare specialmente per preparare interventi di chirurgia maxillo-facciale e di chirurgia estetica comprendente gli stadi di: a) collocare un riferimento metallico su ciascuno zigomo del paziente; b) installare su di un teleradiografo con cefalostato un tubo radiogeno in posizione tale da effettuare una teleradiografia del capo in occlusione centrica; c) effettuare la teleradiografia del cranio con parziale filtraggio delle radiazioni per evidenziare il profilo somatico-facciale; d) allontanare il tubo radiogeno dalla sua posizione; e) installare sul teleradiografo una macchina fotografica in modo che il suo asse ottico coincida con l'asse del fascio di raggi X emessi dal tubo radiogeno; f) eseguire una foto del capo del paziente; g) sviluppare sia la teleradiografia sia la pellicola fotografica; h) ricalcare il negativo della radiografia su carta di acetato e quindi i) sovrapporre la carta di acetato e il negativo fotografico, e infine j) stampare il risultato mediante pellicola monoemulsione.
