Summary:

This is a new camera holder with a built-in bright rangefinder. The rangefinder is adjustable in two or more predetermined positions in order to position the camera at an exact distance and take perfectly focused photographs of details. In the field of precision photoreproductions for example in the medical field, plastic surgery, ophthalmology, electrical diagrams, verification of materials, fabrics, precious objects, numismatics, etc., it is "important to focus, quickly" and precisely, on objects of various thickness.

It is common to use luminous range finders having two spotlights that project a small light beam onto the underlying surface. Knowing the angle between the horizontal plane and the light beam, when the two light beams coincide, one is sure of the exact distance between the plane to be photographed and the camera; with suitable lenses it is therefore possible to take a photograph in perfect focus.

In current systems the projectors are fixed; it follows that even the distance between object and machine cannot vary and therefore only photographs can be made which are in a determined relationship with the real object, thus limiting their use in very restricted areas.

The object of the present invention is to ensure perfectly focused photographs even with different focal lengths, whether it is enlargements or reductions with respect to the real life.

The new support has two compartments to accommodate two small projectors that can be placed in two or more predetermined positions. As the headlamps rotate, the directions of the light beams and therefore of the reference angle vary; it will therefore be possible to position the camera at different distances from the object, always having the certainty of the exact positioning.

The headlamps are switched on by means of a button that activates a timer electronic micro circuit that automatically switches off the lights at a fixed and pre-selected time.

Depending on the distance it will be necessary to insert a suitable additional lens or in any case change the focal length. The support is suitable for supporting a traditional or instantaneous development camera: it is also suitable for supporting a flash for annular example placed around the lenses, and also one or more additional lenses that can be inserted, screwed or hinged, etc..

The lights emitted by the projectors pass through cross-shaped masks oriented according to mutually orthogonal axes parallel to the edges of the photograph.

The perfect positioning of the support will be obtained by overlapping the crosses.

If the plane to be photographed is inclined with respect to the camera, the lights will be elusive giving the possibility to arrange the plane to be photographed. By way of non-limiting example, a practical embodiment of the invention is illustrated.

Fig. 1 shows the support seen from the front where (B) indicates the support, with (C) the holes from which the light beams come out, with (F) the annular flash fixed externally to the ring CG).

An additional lens (L) can be fixed inside the ring nut (G).

CLAIMS 1> Camera holder with bright distance verifier featuring! made of having two luminous projectors that can rotate orienting themselves in two or more prefixed directions. 2) Support for camera with luminous distance verifier, as per claim 1, characterized in that it has two knobs with indexes which are made integral with the two projectors and where, said knobs, can be rotated and positioned on predetermined seats. 3) Support for camera with light distance verifier characterized by the fact that the light beams emitted by the projectors pass through cross masks and where the luminous crosses are projected onto the plane to be photographed. 4) Support for camera with luminous distance verifier characterized in that the projectors are switched on by means of a button which is connected to an electronic microcircuit which turns off said lights after a predetermined time. 5) Support for camera with luminous distance verifier as per claim 1, characterized in that one or more additional lenses can be inserted in correspondence with the focal length. 6) Support for camera with luminous distance verifier as in the preceding claims, characterized in that an annual flash is placed around the lens. 7) Support for camera with luminous distance verifier as per all the preceding claims characterized by the fact that its production, its marketing are understood to be protected by this patent for utility model '', all as described and 1 glazed.
