Claims

Bench according to the preceding claim, comprising: the seating surface (3) on a frame (1) with two lateral uprights (1A) offset from said seating surface (3); and an assembly (5) with a flat element (7), constrained to said uprights (1A) and able to assume an inclined position as a backrest and a horizontal position as a table; and means (12, 14, 18) for locking said assembly (5).

3. Bench as per claim 2, characterized in that said assembly (5) has a flat element (7) with two portions of upright (9) articulated slidingly to said two uprights (with pins 16 and slots 18), strikes being provided contrast (10) to ensure the inclined position in the back and interlocking seats (12) to stabilize the horizontal position.
