SUMMARY

The device essentially consists of a shell (1) applied above the outside of the container (15); inside said shell (1) there is a rotating diaphragm (2), equipped with at least one cutting claw (6), with an opening mouth (12), corresponding to a dispensing slot (4), practiced on the shell '(1); the rotation of the diaphragm ma (2) is carried out by means of the external lever (3).

FIELD OF TECHNIQUE

The present invention relates to the field of packaging materials and machines technology and in particular of opening and reclosing systems in packages of flexible and semi-rigid materials with international classification B65B and B65D.

STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE

Different types of non-reclosable tear openings are known. Various reclosing devices are also known which can be applied to sealed containers, consisting of caps or adhesive tabs applied in correspondence with the hole cut in the wall before filling. Several devices are contemplated in the patent literature of the following list:

The combination of opening and reclosing in a single device applicable to a hermetic sealed container constitutes an industrial and economic problem of considerable importance which has not yet been solved.

DESCRIPTION

The present invention is set forth here in detail with reference to an embodiment illustrated by way of non-limiting example in the attached drawings in which: Fig. 1 represents the shell seen from the outside,

From the detailed examination of the figures it is noted that every detail is distinguished as follows:

The simple rotation of the lever (3) achieves the simultaneous combination of the following operating functions:

A) Exit from the retractable claw seat (6)

B) Drilling the wall (15) through the tip of the claw (6).

C) Circular cut of the wall by the cutting edge of the claw.

D) Simultaneous hermetic closure from inside the dispensing slot (4) against the asoliform projection (9).

The operation of the device is elementary:

during the rotation of the lever (3), the cam (8) of the rotating diaphragm (2) comes out of the seat (7) of the fixed shell (1), and causes the cutting claw (6) to come out and re-enter. while the wall of the container (15) is cut, the asoliform projection (9) hermetically closes the dispensing slot (4) from the inside and the device is simultaneously closed.

Dispensing is allowed only by the subsequent rotation of the lever (3) which allows the opening mouth (12) of the diaphragm (2) to gradually appear in correspondence with the slot (4). Subsequently, by continuing to rotate the lever (3), the device is returned to the closed position. Naturally, the invention can undergo various variations of practical embodiment without departing from the scope of protection of the present invention.

Therefore, all those devices, which can be hermetically opened and reclosed, which also cut the wall of the sealed containers on which they are applied, which have the characteristics substantially described and illustrated and claimed hereinafter, will therefore fall within the inventive concept disclosed herein.

Claims (6)

CLAIMS 1) Device that can be opened and closed hermetically, which simultaneously cuts the wall of the sealed containers on which it is applied, to allow controlled dispensing.
