CLAIMS 1) Apparatus for the recovery of usable substances from waste material, characterized in that it comprises a dispensing unit (2) for a flow (3) of such substances, conveyor means (5) suitable for receiving said flow (3) from the said dispensing unit (2), a collecting unit (9) adapted to receive the dry residue (3 ') of said substances from said conveyor means (5), an oven (10) arranged along the path of said conveyor means (5) and crossed by the conveyor means (5) themselves, steam collector means (11) headed by said oven (10) and adapted to collect the steam developed by the heating of said substances operated by said oven (10), and a condensation unit (12) adapted to receive said vapors from said collector means (11) and to produce their condensation.

2) Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the said condensing unit (12) is suitable for producing the simultaneous condensation of all the vapors that pass through it.

3) Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that said condensing unit (12) is suitable for producing the condensation of the vapors which pass through it in a fractional manner.

4) Apparatus according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the said condensing unit (12) is associated with heat exchanger means (14) suitable for recovering a part of the heat of the said vapors in the condensation phase and for transferring it to a user unit (15).
