Abstract

Il canale di scarico è disposto su blocchetti di supporto che sono fissati alle pareti laterali interne della vasca che delimitano il percorso chiuso ed è connesso alla vasca mediante gruppi di pioli inseriti in modo amovibile nelle pareti laterali interne della vasca superiormente ai blocchetti di supporto. Tali pioli sporgono verso l'interno delle pareti laterali della vasca e, tra il fondo del canale di scarico e i pioli sono disposti blocchetti distanziatori; tra i blocchetti distanziatori e i pioli sono inseribili cunei di bloccaggio amovibili per eseguire l'asportazione rapida del canale di scarico.The present invention relates to a vibrating machine for the surface finishing of pieces, in particular of metal pieces. The machine includes a base which supports, by means of the interposition of springs, a piece treatment tank which develops along a closed path and which is connected to handling means which operate the tank with vibratory motion to cause the pieces to advance along the closed path. The machine is equipped with an unloading channel for the pieces which is connected to the tank and which extends for a section above the bottom of the tank in overlap with the closed path and with a tract that connects the bottom of the tank with the discharge channel . The discharge channel is arranged on support blocks which are fixed to the internal side walls of the tank which delimit the closed path and is connected to the tank by groups of pegs inserted in a removable way in the internal side walls of the tank above the support blocks. These pegs protrude towards the inside of the side walls of the tank and, between the bottom of the discharge channel and the pegs, spacer blocks are arranged; removable locking wedges can be inserted between the spacer blocks and the pegs for quick removal of the discharge channel.
