Abstract

Dispositivo attuatore elettromagnetico polarizzato del tipo comprendente un corpo di supporto con cavità atte a contenere un nucleo magnetico ad "U", una bobina, un magnete permanente ed un'ancora mobile contrapposta a molle di richiamo, nonché una calotta ed un fondello di chiusura; detto attuatore prevede un corpo principale prismatico in cui sono ricavati un primo vano atto a contenere detta bobina assialmente cava, un secondo vano per il contenimento di detto magnete permanente, due altri separati vani di cui uno tubolare assialmente ricavato in posizione centrale a detto primo vano per l'alloggiamento, isolato da una detta bobina, di un ramo di detto nucleo ad "U" e l'altro per l'alloggiamento del secondo ramo dello stesso nucleo, ed una ulteriore cavità per l'alloggiamento di detta molla di richiamo dell'ancora, detti primo e secondo vano essendo chiusi superiormente onde consentire l'introduzione della bobina e del magnete dal lato opposto a quello su cui lavora detta ancora mobile ed eliminare così ogni comunicazione fra i due vani stessi; il coperchio a calotta ed il fondello di chiusura sono provvisti di mezzi per il loro aggancio amovibile al corpo di supporto del tipo a scatto o simili.Polarized electromagnetic actuator device of the type comprising a support body with cavities suitable for containing a "U" magnetic core, a coil, a permanent magnet and a movable anchor opposed to return springs, as well as a cap and a closing bottom; said actuator has a prismatic main body in which a first compartment adapted to contain said axially hollow coil, a second compartment for containing said permanent magnet, two other separate compartments, one of which is tubular axially obtained centrally to said first compartment for housing, isolated from said coil, a branch of said "U" core and the other for housing the second branch of the same core, and a further cavity for housing said return spring of the again, said first and second compartments being closed at the top in order to allow the introduction of the coil and magnet from the side opposite to that on which said still mobile works and thus eliminate any communication between the two compartments themselves; the hood cover and the closing base are provided with means for their removable attachment to the snap-on type support body or the like.
