Abstract

Viene descritta un'apparecchiatura atta ad effettuare lo strappo di un foglio di carta o simili lungo una retta pre-perforata essenzialmente trasversale al foglio.L'apparecchiatura comprende due coppie di rulli a cilindri contrapposti in cui i cilindri sono sagomati in modo da presentare due facce piane atte a delimitare un passaggio per il libero transito del foglio, mentre le restanti facce sono di forma essenzialmente bombata cosicchè, quando i rulli vengono fatti ruotare, dette facce entrano in contatto tra di loro entrando in presa con il foglio suddetto.La velocità di rotazione di entrambe le coppie di rulli è la medesima ma, secondo il trovato, la sezione trasversale dei cilindri dei rulli a valle della zona pre-perforata è di valore maggiore di quella dei cilindri dei rulli a monte di detta zona così che la velocità periferica dei primi è maggiore di quella dei secondi e questo comporta la nascita di un'azione di trazione sul foglio durante il tempo di contatto di quest'ultimo con le facce bombate dei cilindri suddetti comportando lo strappo della zona perforata.An apparatus suitable for tearing a sheet of paper or the like along a pre-perforated straight line essentially transverse to the sheet is described.
