A removable cushion structure (1) for an ergonomic home and/or office seat, comprising at least a first (2) and a second layer (3) of shock-absorbing material facing each other and coupled together so as to form a unitary assembly (4), said unitary assembly (4) being enclosed within a casing (5) of flexible laminar material;

characterised in that at least one of said layers (2, 3) has a hollow portion (7) suitable for containing a plurality of uniformly distributed springs (8).

2. Structure as per claim 1, characterised in that said hollow portion (7) of said at least one layer (2, 3) is positioned in a non-peripheral and substantially central area of said layer (2, 3) seen in plan.
