Claims

1. Package (1) of smoking items including:

a first group (7) of smoking articles;

a first container (2) which is? shaped like a cup and houses the first group (7) of smoking articles;

a first cover (3) which is preferably cup-shaped and ? hinged to the first container (2) to rotate, with respect to the first container (2) itself, between an open position and a closed position around a first hinge (8); a second group (7) of smoking items which is arranged below the first group (7) of smoking articles and in vertical alignment with the first group (7) of smoking articles;

a second container (4) which is shaped like a cup and houses the second group (7) of smoking articles; and

a second cover (5) which is hinged to the second container (4) to rotate, with respect to the second container (4) itself, between an open position and a closed position around a second hinge (16);

the package (1) of smoking items ? characterized in that the second cover (5) is positioned between the first container (2) and the second container (4).

2. Package (1) of smoking articles according to claim 1, wherein the second container (4) is connected to the first container (2) along at least one pre-weakened tearable line (31) which must be broken to allow the opening of the second lid (5).

3. Package (1) of smoking articles according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the second container (4) is connected to the first container (2) along two pre-weakened tearable lines (31) which must both be broken to allow the removal of a joining band (45) and therefore the opening of the second lid (5).

4. Package (1) of smoking articles according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the breaking of at least one pre-weakened tearable line (31) causes a complete separation of the second container (4), and therefore of the second lid (5 ), from the first container (2) and then from the first lid (3).

5. Package (1) of smoking articles according to claim 2, 3 or 4, wherein the second lid (5) is completely independent and separate from the first container (2).

6. Package (1) of smoking articles according to one of claims 2 to 5, in which: the first container (2) and the first lid (3) are made by folding a first blank (34) around the first group (7 ) of smoking articles;

the second container? made by folding the first blank (34) around the second group (7) of smoking articles; and

the second cover (5) ? made by folding a second blank (39) around the second group (7) of smoking articles and gluing the second blank (39) to the first blank (34).

7. Package (1) of smoking articles according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the second lid (5) is stably and permanently connected to the first container (2).

8. Package (1) of smoking articles according to claim 7, in which the entire first container (2), and therefore the first lid (3), rotates around the second hinge (16) together with the second lid (5) to open or close the second container (4).

9. Package (1) of smoking articles according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the second lid (5) is cup shaped.

10. Package (1) of smoking articles according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the second lid (5) is dish.

11. Packet (1) of smoking articles according to one of claims 1 to 10, wherein a front wall (18) of the second container (4) has a through window (46) originating from an upper edge of the wall ( 18) front itself.

12. Package (1) of smoking articles according to claim 11 and comprising: a first sealed package (6) which encloses the first group (7) of smoking articles and has a first extraction opening (47) closed by a first reusable closing label (48); and

a second sealed package (6) which encloses the second group (7) of smoking articles and has a second extraction opening (47) closed by a second reusable closure label (48).

13. Package (1) of smoking articles according to claim 12, in which, in correspondence with the front wall (18) of the second container (4), the second reusable closure label (48) is? more? smaller than the pass-through window (46) and ? entirely contained inside the passing window (46).

14. Package (1) of smoking articles according to one of claims 1 to 13 and comprising:

a first collar (25) which is fixed inside the first container (2) to partially protrude outside one end? upper open and engage a corresponding internal surface of the first cover (3) when the first cover (3) is placed in the aforementioned closed position; and

a second collar (28) which is fixed inside the second container (4) to partially protrude outside one end? upper open and engage a corresponding internal surface of the second cover (5) when the second cover (5) is placed in the aforementioned closed position.

15. Package (1) of smoking articles according to claim 14, in which the two collars (25, 28) are identical to each other and comprise only a front wall (26, 29) and two lateral walls (27, 30).

16. Package (1) of smoking articles according to claim 14, wherein:

the two collars (25, 28) are different from each other;

the first collar (25) includes a front wall (26), two lateral walls (27) and a lower wall (43); and

the second collar (28) includes only a front wall (30) and two lateral walls (31).
