Claims

1. Adjustable ventilation system of a shoe characterized in that it consists of:

A) At least one fringe (1) made up of portions of fabric (7) separated by vertical cuts, suitable for moving the air near the ventilation holes (4);

B) A plurality? of hooks adhering to the shoe (3A) placed near? of the upper part of the shoe, arranged on an axis parallel to the sole, and corresponding to a plurality of hooks adhering to the fringe (3B) placed in the most? top of said fringe (1), able to allow the stable and reversible connection of said fringe (1) to the shoe;

C) A plurality? ventilation holes (4) arranged on an axis parallel to the sole in the upper part of the shoe at the ankle placed under the hooks (3), able to allow the passage of air between the outside and inside of the shoe;

D) A plurality? of rings (6) applied on the perimeter of said ventilation holes (4) able to delimit said ventilation holes (4);

E) At least one internal pocket (10) suitable for allowing the sliding of the waterproof membrane (11) so to reversibly open or close said ventilation holes (4);

F) At least one waterproof membrane (11) equipped with a plurality? openings able to correspond to said ventilation holes (4) and able to slide between the fabric of the shoe and that of said internal pocket (10) so as to reversibly open or close the opening of said ventilation holes (4);

G) At least one pair of locking devices (12 and 12?) positioned at the ends? of said waterproof membrane (11) able to prevent the leakage of said waterproof membrane (11) from said internal pocket (10).

2. Adjustable ventilation system of a shoe according to claim 1, characterized in that inside each ventilation hole (4) ? at least one transpiring membrane (5) is housed for preventing the passage of water and any other liquid or dust from the outside towards the inside of the shoe;

3. Adjustable shoe ventilation system according to all the preceding claims, characterized in that the fabric portions (7) of said fringe (1) differ from each other in length and material, so as to facilitate the flow of air into the holes ventilation (4);

4. Adjustable system for ventilation of a shoe according to all the previous claims, characterized in that the hooking system (3) ? made up of a plurality of common automatic buttons or by any hooking system available on the market suitable for reversibly connecting said fringe (1) with the shoe;

5. Adjustable ventilation system of a shoe according to all the preceding claims, characterized in that the ventilation holes (4) can be arranged on different axes and the closing system (9) ? consisting of an independent waterproof membrane (11), equipped with corresponding locking devices (12 and 12?), and of an independent internal pocket (10) corresponding to each ventilation hole (4);

Adjustable system for ventilation of a shoe according to all the previous claims, characterized in that the locking devices (12 and 12?) located at the ends? of said waterproof membrane (11), consist of rigid segments of any type available on the market of sufficient size to prevent them from passing through the side openings (13 and 13?) of said internal pocket (10);

7. Adjustable ventilation system of a shoe according to all the preceding claims, characterized in that a decorative band (8) is? alternatively applicable to said fringe (1) thanks to the fact of being equipped with hooks that are entirely identical to said hooks adhering to the fringe (3B);

8. Adjustable shoe ventilation system according to all the preceding claims, characterized in that the aesthetic applications (2) in correspondence with said hooks adhering to the fringe (3B) consist of metal studs or any other decorative element available on the market .

Adjustable ventilation system of a shoe according to all the preceding claims, characterized in that the waterproof membrane (11) is? endowed with a plurality of LED lights (15) whose ignition ? caused by the movement of said waterproof membrane (11) into a position capable of electrically connecting said LED lights (15) to at least one flat battery (16) by means of a plurality of electric cables (17).
