1) Mobile hob including:

- a burner (3) supported by the upper surface (8), having a front wall (11), a rear wall (18), side walls (25) and housing at least one heating element (12) above which ? place a plate (9);

- at least one regulating element (16) of the at least one heating element (12) for regulating the temperature of the plate (9); the mobile hob (1) being characterized in that it comprises at least one hood (4) arranged above the plate (9) by means of at least one support element (14) fixed to the support structure (2), with the at least a hood (4) equipped with at least one suction element (17) and/or at least one filter intended respectively for suctioning and purifying the fumes produced in correspondence with a condition of cooking food on the plate (9).

2) Mobile hob according to claim 1 characterized in that the at least one heating element (12) is? an electrical resistance.

3) Mobile hob according to claim 1 characterized in that the at least one heating element (12) is? a gas burner.

4) Mobile hob according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that there are two or three heating elements (12), each of which ? interlocked with the adjustment element (16) to supply a specific quantity? of heat to a relative portion of the plate (9) in virtue? of a deflector (15) interposed between the heating elements (12) and intended to spread the heat produced by them (12) uniformly and exclusively on the relative portion of the plate (9).

5) Cooking hob according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that it also comprises a shelf (20) fixed to the support element (14) above the rear wall (18) of the stove (3).

7) Mobile hob according to claims 5 and 6 characterized in that a screen (19) is fixed to the support element (14) between the burner (3) and the shelf (20) to prevent the spreading of waste from food combustion and to convey the heat coming out of the slot (21) towards the shelf (20) in matching the firing condition.

8) Mobile hob according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that it has at least one balcony (23) near the of the cooker (3) that ? connected to the hob (1) and protrudes from it towards the outside of the hob itself.

9) Mobile hob according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the stove (3) has a cavity (24) between its outer surface and the at least one heating element (12), near the of the side (25) and front (11) walls, and intended to be partially filled with a thermally insulating material.

10) Mobile hob according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the plate (9) is of heat-resistant material, preferably glass-ceramic.
