DESCRIZIONE DI INVENZIONE INDUSTRIALE DESCRIPTION OF INDUSTRIAL INVENTION

Avente per titolo: Fondello per pantaloni da ciclista, per attivit? ?Sopra sella? ed usi diversi, caratterizzato da una particolare forma Extra Slim e da una originale struttura ergonomica senza alette laterali. Entitled: Pad for cycling trousers, for activities? ?Over the saddle? and different uses, characterized by a particular Extra Slim shape and an original ergonomic structure without side wings.

Attualmente non sono presenti sul Mercato dei fondelli protettivi per ciclista o per attivit? ?Sopra sella? o per altri usi, che possano soddisfare e svolgere contemporaneamente pi? funzioni ed avere le caratteristiche del presente trovato frutto dell?evoluzione della chimica e del continuo acculturamento degli utilizzatori, ormai divenuti degli ?esperti? che, con le loro esperienze sul campo, aiutano a migliorare il comfort e le prestazioni dei prodotti con indicazioni precise, condividendo le loro necessit? ed osservazioni, permettendo quindi la creazione di nuovi prodotti cos? come ? accaduto per questo nuovo fondello, il trovato. Grazie all?assenza delle alette laterali Tav.1 Fig. A/B, all?assenza di cuciture ed alla speciale combinazione di materiali espansi particolari utilizzati nel suo interno, il trovato si adatta perfettamente alla morfologia corporea, riempie ogni spazio possibile tra corpo e sella formando un cuscino estremamente confortevole tra il corpo e la sella Tav.2 Fig. E. ? noto che nell?attivit? ciclistica, se non si protegge la zona perineale e ischiatica, possono insorgere patologie nervose e circolatorie in quanto il peso del corpo gravante sulla sella pu? limitare il flusso del sangue nella zona sopra indicata e si possono verificare degli stiramenti con conseguente insensibilit? parziale dei genitali e delle gambe. Il presente trovato si riferisce ad un accessorio per abbigliamento, denominato ?Fondello?, Tav 1Fig.A Fronte e Fig. B Retro, da posizionarsi all? interno del pantalone da ciclista o per qualsiasi altra attivit?, che va a diretto contatto con il corpo nella regione perineale/ischiatica con lo scopo di evitare patologie e stiramenti e comunque attenuare, anche nei lunghi periodi di attivit?, il disconfort provocato dalla sella causato dal peso e dalla pressione del corpo sulla stessa o su qualsiasi piano di appoggio. Lo scopo del trovato, in oltre, ? quello di offrire il massimo comfort che consiste nel NON avvertire il fondello e di mantenere sempre asciutta, igienica ed aerata la parte del corpo che poggia sulla sella; in particolar modo favorendo il flusso del sangue a livello dei muscoli perineali; il trovato con la sua imbottitura Tav.2 Fig.1, infatti ? predisposto per favorire fisiologicamente l?appoggio completo delle aree anatomiche sulla sella, mantenendo costante l?apporto sanguigno, evitando infiammazioni, dolori e decubiti da appoggio Tav.2 Fig. E. Nel Mercato sono presenti moltissimi fondelli da ciclista o per attivit? ?sopra sella? che prevedono l?utilizzo di schiume poliuretaniche nel materassino che li compongono, tuttavia il trovato, pur essendo composto da schiume poliuretaniche si distingue dai prodotti gi? in commercio per la sequenza delle schiume poliuretaniche impiegate, per gli spessori e le tipologie impiegate Tav.3 Fig.1, e, in modo particolare per la forma Slim, senza alette Tav.1 Fig. A/B, e per essere ?corpo unico? con il pantaloncino Tav.2 Fig. E, grazie ad una precisa adesivizzazione eseguita con uno speciale film di poliuretano a fusione. Un?altra soluzione originale del trovato ? costituita dalla imbottitura che ? esattamente posizionata solo ed esclusivamente nella parte di appoggio alla sella, tutta la superficie eccedente questa zona non prevede alcuna imbottitura, che ingombra e pesa, bens? solo il tessuto Tav.2 Fig, E; in oltre il posizionamento del fondello sul tessuto del pantaloncino ? sempre preciso in quanto questo viene applicato nella posizione perfetta tramite dei puntatori laser; mentre con il metodo classico il posizionamento ? affidato alla esperienza dell? operatrice che cerca di mantenere la posizione pi? corretta possibile ma pur sempre approssimativa . Questa soluzione offre al ciclista il grandissimo vantaggio di non avvertire alcun spessore nella parte eccedente il punto di appoggio del corpo, cosa questa che non avviene nei fondelli presenti nel Mercato. Questa particolare schiuma, denominata anche Memory, appartiene alla famiglia dei poliuretani ?flessibili? detta propriamente anche poliuretano? viscoelastico?, ? una schiuma altamente tecnologica che si modifica in relazione al calore corporeo modellandosi perfettamente alle curvature anatomiche e distribuendo in modo uniforme le pressioni esercitate ritornando alla sua forma originale nel momento in cui tali pressioni vengono a cessare. Il Memory utilizzato in questo trovato ha la capacit? di ridurre quindi i punti di pressione sulle parti del corpo coinvolte favorendo la microcircolazione sanguigna. La sua struttura a ?eellulazione aperta? permette una circolazione d?aria molto efficace contribuendo ad eliminare il calore e l?umidit? in eccesso; la sua azione non ? solamente diretta, cio? attiva nel punto di schiacciamento, bens? ? attiva anche ai lati dove le pressioni del corpo sono differenziate. Il trovato realizzato nei 3 strati come sopra descritto, permette un perfetto adattamento ergonomico all? anatomia corporea e pi? precisamente nella regione perineale/ischiatica evitando obblighi e compressioni indesiderate offrendo un eccellente comfort meccanico e, allo stesso tempo, gestendo perfettamente il sudore tramite il trasferimento dello stesso, da layer a layer ed anche un eccellente passaggio d?aria offrendo di conseguenza un ottimo confort termico. Claims

1) Padded pad structured to protect the crotch area of trousers for cyclists and sports activities above the saddle (Tav.1 Fig.A,B); said padded protective bottom being provided with at least one support layer and at least one shock-absorbing element, called padding, fixed stably on said support layer;
